Great staff but the prices have gone crazy at Subway! What happened?

Probably the nicest Subway I ever have been in. It is like a Starbucks but with sandwiches instead of coffee.
1st subway in North America that uses microwave to heat their patties and put exactly 3 pieces of onions on (less than) 6 inch sandwich.
Their prices are different than other subways we've been to.
Why are coupons not being accepted? That should be noted on the door and when you walk in.Ordered 2 chicken mini sandwiches today to be told at the check out I can’t use the coupon.Why was it mailed out then? Tell me prior to ordering if you see me holding the coupon book.
