Yikes… arrived at opening and there is no other options for bread but flat bread and wraps. You’d think when you open you would have all the options because you are opening for business and not having 75% of bread options is unacceptable.
The line up was long, with more sandwiches than people, but the two women working were very quick, efficient and friendly! Even though they had ended up running out of items, they handled everything, and everyone, so well! Great job ladies, and our lunch was delicious!
Very disappointed with the slow service and lack of staff. On top of waiting for what seemed like 20 minutes to order when I got back with my soup and chips I opened the soup to find out it was 2/3 full and cold. I ordered a large but probably got less soup than the small soup cup holds. I had to heat up my soup for a minute and a half for it to get warm. I will not go back to that subway again! 0 STARS

I generally prefer going to this subway over the others in town because it's seems to never be busy when I go. Food quality is about the same overall compared to the others, wasn't a fan of the crispy chicken tho...
Today I went to the Subway and was told "we are not accepting coupons" see the SIGN Posted? The OWNER / Manager WILL NOT let us accept Coupons, due to staff shortage and COVID - WELL PLEASE TELL ME THERE WAS FEW IN THE SUBWAY ON HILLSIDE. When I visit the Subway and order 2 - 6" and 2 - Wraps what does it matter what I pay the full price or use a $.99 Coupon for the 2nd Item what does that have to do with Staff? If I receive (Coupons) in the Mail in Kamloops (THEY SHOULD BE HONOURED) - I will be taking this to SUBWAY Corporate - asap Pete Lahucik Kamloops - 250-214-3260 then I went to another Location in Kamloops and was told the same owner owns all 9 in Kamloops and they ARE NOT accepting Coupons in Kamloops Locations - they ARE NOT PARTICIPATING --- THIS REALLY UPSETS ME IT IS NOT THE $$$ IT IS THE PRINCIPLE
Staff are always very polite and friendly, however I would like to offer a suggestion. I always order the chicken teriyaki, and the person weighs the serving cup of chicken, then dumps it into the tray. Well nearly always, there are several pieces of chicken stuck in the serving cup that never make it into the tray. The second scoop... the same issue. This results in you missing around 25% of the chicken we pay for. Perhaps start weighing the tray the chicken is put into, and not the measuring cup.
