In line just before closing and the ONLY employee was trying to get everything cleaned up and serving customers at the same time. I was super impressed by the positive and friendly attitude that she had even though you could tell that she was working so hard and running out of time! I am a student that goes to school in Chilliwack however my girlfriend goes to school in Kamloops and I have a lot of subway gift cards so every time I come to Visit I stop by subway. There are a lot of subways in Kamloops I’ve been to all of them Ive had mostly average experience with some of the worst experiences at subway in Kamloopshowever this subway in the food court which I've visited four times now has the best customer service and well trained staff of all the subways they are always nice to the customers and the manager is very patient with trainees which I think reflects in the quality of service. Exceptional treatment and respect from these staff here everytime I go. They make my day

Unfortunately I called in the Dallas Subway today. I ordered 2 potato bun meals with bacon egg etc. They were assembled, put in the oven and bagged up, then left on the counter (to cool down) while the gent ahead of me was being served. After the unsupervised trainee staff member realized he couldn’t operate the till he called the manager who came away from his “other tasks” in the back office to fix the matter. When I got out to the car the egg in the buns was still semi frozen. Everything else was just - cold. Calling the manager, I was offered a properly-cooked version of what I’d originally ordered. Tempting but I may just pass on that opportunity.
I was at Subway yesterday June 21, 2021. Around lunch hour. I had the the best Sandwich Artist ever. I seen this guy, make a sandwich, acknowledge the next person, clean the station, throw his gloves, wash his hand and could see the smile in his eyes. Great job Subway. My 12 in tuna sub was great.
Do recommend very polite and patient staffs. Her name was Kiran. She helped my whole family to make our lunch sandwich.
Quick service and very attentive. They were able to get a ton of people through quickly during a busy lunchtime. And all very friendly.

The cross contamination level here was absolutely unbelievably bad. I have never seen that much Parm in the vegetables. When questioned, my sandwich artist offered to, and I quote, "try to grab from the bottom" Just not cool, not even a little.
With limited food choices for the Aberdeen Mall, we decided on Subway. What a mistake. I ordered a foot long sub for my son and a grilled panini for myself. My son's sub was okay but the sub sauce on it was more oil than sauce. My panini was flat like a pancake and burnt. I could only eat about half because the bread dough was so tough. I haven't had Subway for a long time and won't be going back. Expensive and you definitely do not get your money's worth.
