The staff is really friendly and on time. We ordered 4 subs and they were really quick. Cleanliness is top notch. Environment of this place is perfect.

Denied use of coupons as owner is greedy claimed no staff so no deals. Food was just ok after many eye rolls and messy sandwich assembly by obviously unhappy worker. Unfortunately all locations in kamloops owned by the same greedy dude so no other options. So.. mediocre food at top prices with poor service and owned by a non community supporting greedy guy. Probably not going back.
