What kind of coffee shop doesn't know the difference between latte and cappuccino. The way they make their latte is too much foam and very little milk. What a rip off, I've worked for 5 years in a coffee shop and even at Starbucks and man this store quality is terrible they don't train their batistas how to make proper drinks. Ridiculous that everytime I order I have to specify to add more milk and less foam. I'm never buying drinks here again. Rip off for what you're paying
I am a very regular customer as are my family and was not impressed to see so many people not wearing a mask while in line to order or browsing. Health orders clearly state that all coffee shops require masks unless sitting at a table and eating/drinking. Our numbers are out of control. Why aren't you enforcing the rules Starbucks????
Not the first time I received terrible customer service. Alana could use a bit of training on how to speak to customers especially those who come in regularly.
Honestly worst service ever. I get that people online order but Honestly there are people that enjoy going to the establishment. Making those orders priority and wait in store 25 mins as those rushed orders still sitting there. I feel that with 2 baristas should be designated for in store patrons.
Went here every morning while staying at a nearby hotel. Convenient and delicious
They mixed up my order twice and on a 12 hour road trip I didn't vothing fixing it a 3rd time.

Great caramel macchiato❤ I like mine with whipping cream so love it when the barrista doesn't put any foam from milk.
