Friendly staff, excellent product, consistent experience. Starbucks somehow manages to find the best people and offers the best service of any of the drive thru chains.
Amazing location, huge thank you to the barista for going above and beyond and asking if I wanted my drink iced!!! Idk how many times I forget to say iced so thank you so much you are amazing!!!!
The drive thru is NEVER open. Pay and Pickup is NEVER available. Consistently have to spend 25 minutes waiting in line inside.
Bunch of Baristas waiting around while the person whose training makes ALL drinks. Massive backup for no reason. I didn't want to wait 20 minutes for two coffees in a near empty place

Staff is friendly, but drive thru is almost always closed when I go by. Not sure why because even the parking lot can be empty and it's still closed. Meaning you have to go inside. But that isn't very helpful when you have a dog and baby in the car. What a shame
I’ve been going there for months, staff is always friendly and patient. Appreciate how they are when I come in and go threw the drive threw
Great service. My barista was super friendly and helpful.
Jennay was very hostile and short with me and my friends. She snapped at us before we even took one step into the door while my friend was in the process of putting his mask on. I heard her be rude to 3 other customers for the 5 minutes I was there. To top it all off my drink that I usually get sucked and it was made by her. When I sat down at a table that I was standing beside waiting for my drink she asked “can you read? You can’t sit there.” (I said sorry and stood beside the table instead). Then she was very hostile with another customer beside me with the same thing.
