This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks, I went through drive thru yesterday and inquired as to why the exact same drinks were more expensive than another location. The employee said that it depended on whether or not it's in the city or the highway. I told him that it was another one in the city and another employee said "it is what it is". Very disappointed with her comment and how they can charge more for the exact same drinks

Apparently curdled milk is ok?Don't recommend it, wasn't given the option to change it..Gross! It even tastes like sour milk!
Why do you stop brewing dark roast at noon?? And why would anyone consider Pike an acceptable replacement, you may as well as offer me a week-old cup of Folger's.

This place will scam you if they punch in the wrong order. I pay 7$ for this drink!! I get it all the time. They accidentally punched in a grande size so when they went to “fix” their mistake they just poured the small size over ice in a venti. It took me 5 sips to finish it when usually I have it last all morning. Waste of money and lazy employees.
Love me a good Pistachio Latte, and I also am obsessed with mobile ordering !! Totally worth it if you are a frequent visitor as you get tons of points for free drinks
The best Starbucks in Kamloops. The staff is quick and polite. Very convenient location
You must speak multiple languages to order here. Had a hard time trying to place my order as i dont speak french
