I am glad I went today even though the new summer burger is not out until Monday. The server that helped us was very cheerful and checked on un many times. The new shake was okay, still prefer their typical ones.

Busy place. The service is good considering that. But what the heck has happened to the Strawberry Lemonade drink. It's got weaker in flavor last few visits. Last visit pretty much no flavor and I gave it back and asked for it to be removed off bill.

Unfortunately they were very busy and under staffed which is a norm right now.The cleanliness was my issue when cleaning tables they just wipe everything to the floor for you to step on while you are eating. Seats were not wiped at all.Usually we enjoy going to Red Robin but this time not so much. You can do better Red Robin.

Service could use an improvement. A lot of staff seemed to not like their job. Food was good though. We were passing through to Vancouver from Alberta (where there are no more Red Robin restaurants) This is the second time in the last 6 months and both times, the staff were miserable.

Our family stopped in while passing through town. Notes from all of us:The pros:- The Western BBQ burger was very good.- My son loved the kids pizza. Also the sundae included in the kids meal was great.- My wife really liked the southwest chicken wrap. The cons:- The restaurant looked old and run down.- Service was slow. Asked for a water and it took for what seemed like forever.- after we got our food nobody came around for nearly the entire time. Waitress returned when we were almost finished eating to see how things were. A little late really.- Caesar dressing was not great. Do not recommend getting a Caesar.- My daughter did not like the chicken Caesar wrap. The chicken was chewy and the dressing not great. Also, tomatoes in a Caesar wrap is a bit weird.- Asked for a take out container. Our waitress never came back. Eventually asked someone else, and after about 5 minutes finally got one.- The TV near our table kept turning on and off.

Had my birthday dinner here tonight, very good service! Shout out to the other birthday boy I saw there enjoying the birthday with some balloons and friends, sure wish I was celebrating with a group of friends... But I'm an adult so I ain't have much friends that can join me there at Red Robin.. I saw the cute bird statue at front though and I'll just say he was my birthday friend.. ?Thanks for making my 28th birthday great!

my sister in law and i enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The quality of the food was outstanding, the restaurant was clean and inviting and our server Kaylee was fantastic in welcoming us to Red Robin. We could tell she absolutely loves what she does. i highly recommend her for a raise.

This used to be my go-to place in kamloops. the other day we were there and the server said the kitchen was super backed up and brought us free fries. awesome. well once the food came it was easy to see why the kitchen was so backed up.... they cook all the burgers way too long and brought us 3 burnt burgers. take 2 minutes of cooking time off every burger and it becomes win-win. no more burnt burgers and faster kitchen times. normally i might say something, but my 6 year old would not have been down with waiting any longer. follow me for more obvious business tips.

Burgers were phenomenal. Service was on point. And they had great beer on tap. Excellent choice for a family dinner with multiple generations. So sad they aren't in Edmonton any more.

Was excited about going back to a restaurant we liked... unfortunately its gone down hill. Was very chaotic, the floor was very dirty and sticky as was the table. Our food was over cooked, only on out of our 4 meals were done right. Our meal cost $150 for the 4 if us and was definitely not worth it. Understandably they are having staffing issues and the service was the best part of our visit. Don't know if we'll ever go back ?
