ordered a pizza on friday night, thing was literally covered in hair as if someone literally just pulled out their hair and sprinkled it all over the pizza. disgusting. will never order from here again
10 minutes away and my order took 1 & 1/2 hours to get. Called in and said it was going to be late but on its way. Once it arrived it was all cold. Thanks for the delivery driver for not ringing the door bell as per order comments. Puts order on ground and knocks on door. Last time I order from this location.
Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut for a long time. You would think with so many other pizza places they would step up their game. Pizza was way over cooked & so dry. Like cardboard. Barely any toppings. Nothing like the Pizza Hut I remember.
My favorite pizza in town. I love the fluffiness of their original pan crust. The toppings and flavor is always topnotch. Count on your pizza to be prompt and hot... I'll keep coming back!
Worst experience ever! Had to order 3 times for them to show up and when the pizza got here I got over charged and ended up with cold wings and pizza ?♀️

Wish I could give less then 0 stars. Ordered 2 pizzas (including 1 that I paid extra for stuffed crust, boneless bites and a 2l. Ended up getting 2 pasta, 6 breadsticks, wings and a 2 liter. Might be the most impressive screw up I've ever seen. Not happy about it and no response from the store or parent company. Wont recommend to anyone after tonight...

Aside from being in Italy and getting the authentic, I enjoy Pizza Hut Pizza.
Two large pizzas. Sixty dollars. Generous tip. Well-made pizzas arrived crushed and elongated, clearly mistreated by the delivery driver. It was a Sunday night, ours were the only pizzas in the hot bag - and yet, our pizzas were destroyed. I cannot express how disappointed I am in the poor service I received, and will be informing everyone I know to avoid this location for any future business. What a shame.
