Order two larges and when I opened them up there was enough toppings to fill one small pizza . Kamloops bc. I will never order from pizza hut here ever again . Took both pizzas back and they wouldn't refund my money but made me two new pizzas that looked exactly the same . What a joke . I would give it no stars if that was an option .
Great food, abysmal delivery service. Will not bother ordering delivery. Every single time it's 1.5 hours long and the driver doesn't even come upstairs.

After spending more than 15 mins waiting on the phone to order, and then dealing with someone who obviously had no idea where Kamloops was, I was then told that they do not deliver to my place which was 6.5km away? Was the worst service I have ever experienced and would NEVER suggest Pizza hut to anyone!!!!!!!
They refused to even give me a menu, telling me I could look up a menu on my phone.
Delivered my order to the wrong address, when I finally got my food an hour later than it should have been delivered they brought the wrong pop (which I cant even drink).
This is the last time I will order from the North Shore Pizza Hut ! The service is terrible the food is not a good as it used to be. The last 3 times I have tried to order twice I was told that they did not have the meat ingredients for the meat lovers pizza an the other time I was told they the were not delivering that night .
Used to be a devoted pizzahut fan but it just gets worse and worse here. Undercooked and half crust without toppings. BOOO
Really Slow service for picking up food was to be ready at 5:20 and I never got out of there till 5:45 hade to wait a longer the 20 minutes, if I was back home in Saskatchewan and go to pizza hut there at least they let u know if there late or not but there always on time with the food and it is always how not worm like kamloops pizza hut as I see it they need new management there to run the place right most of the time they hide in the kitchen and talk as I was waiting for my food , I will never go back here again ever
Hit or miss with quality. Either too much sauce or not enough. Wings however are delicious.
