I'm not usually one to write 1 star reviews but if I could put zero I would have. Now I was a huge fan of Papa John's and I don't eat wheat anymore (by choice) but yesterday was my birthday and I really wanted Pizza. I ordered the large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I requested onions on the whole pizza and banana peppers on one side and mushrooms on the other and I ordered cheesy garlic knots. Now the bill came to over $45.00 for one pizza and the garlic knots which I thought was a little high considering its pizza and we picked it up ourselves. But it's a treat so I didn't mind. However when I brought it home I was so disappointed, they only put 5 skinny slices of banana peppers, the side I got Mushroom didn't have any pepperoni and no onions. And the Parmesan on the garlic knots were burnt. Completely unacceptable. For that kind of money, I expected better. I'll never order from your establishment again. Don't waste your money!!
Friend found metal pieces in not only their pizza, but also in their kids.No care given from store, franchise or franchise owner.Major Health concerns. I'd stay away.

Showed up at the latest time (they said 11-21 mins). And one of my pizzas Still isn't ready 40 mins later! They said 5 more mins, 5 mins 20 mins ago. Not happy, so I have my order half done! Should have just asked for a refund.
Nicest hard working staff ever I've experienced buying pizza.I may not be from Kamloops, but I will definitely come back here next time I visit.
Double charged my card, made a huge deal and argued with me even after showing them the charges and checking the system. Will never be going back here after the hassle it took to get refunded for a fake charge.
6 kiddos, once a week for several years. I don't know if staff changed over, however when I call it in the ALWAYS ring my order up too expensive, until I correct it. Also I asked for no side sauces and peppers, they THREW the sauces in the order anyways and even after my boxes were flat the whole time the sauces leaked all over getting grease om my vehicle seats. Impressive considering it was a 4l3 minute drive. ? This is my 3 consecutive time with poor service, are all the good staff and managers gone?
Wrong order ,low qualityInstead of steak and chicken they made pepperoni,Responsibility and customers services unacceptable.Don't waste your money and time.
