Their crust is better than other pizzas I have tried and they don’t use artificial Colours and preservatives.I work here and I know that Panago’s standards of cleanliness are really good.
After a long day and a long drive from Osoyoos, we were again left with limited dining options since we’d arrived at our hotel by 10:30PM. We knew that outside of fast food, like McDonald’s, pizza was probably the only viable option. As such, we’d intended to support a local company – the Pizza King – but they claimed their delivery service had ceased for the night. Oh well! Good thing there’s Panago, our original go to pizza choice! I generally enjoy Panago because they’re consistent across the board. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering from them in Prince Rupert, Prince George, Vancouver or Victoria; the quality is the same and when you’re talking about a large chain, that’s exactly what you want. When it comes to Panago, then, you know the pizza is going to arrive hot, fresh and with ample toppings. Our experience in Kamloops was no exception: Our “True Canadian” pizza – which was loaded with extra pepperoni, bacon, shrooms, mozzarella + cheddar – was a delight and very satisfying. Finally, I’d be remiss if I failed to mention the ordering and delivery service. First, we opted to phone the Panago call centre rather than order online for the sake of efficiency. Our order was handled quickly and courteously, which was definitely appreciated. We were quoted the typical 30 minutes for delivery. In this instance, our order arrived 10 minutes later than the quoted time, but that’s hardly a big deal. The delivery person was friendly and actually apologized for the slight delay. How’s that for quality customer service? FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 5/5 VALUE 4/5 RECOMMENDATION: Really, what more is there to say? Consistency is key and Panago always delivers the goods! Recommended! Great delivery
Dunno what it is with panago in Kamloops but neither location can seem to do there job tried this one and the driver couldn't find the building so pizza was late then but into it and the whole thing was under cooked and raw. Not impressed.
Delivery driver in a BMW driving excessively fast in a residential area late at night in Barnhartvale (Uplands Drive area). Not acceptable behaviour in any way from anyone.Rein your drivers in. I will be reporting this to the RCMP when their non-emergency line is not so busy.2020 June 25: thank you for your reply via Google reviews - I did call customer care immediately, they replied that they would pass on information and the store manager would call me back. Has not happened, and you can see that this was nearly a week ago now.
