First time here, new to city. Went for wing night as has been a habit for years in our old town. Not really the wings concept expected. The wings were very good, but the deal was half off menu price for 8 wings. Sounds good, but menu price is $16 for a bare plate of wings. They did did mess up the order but corrected things ok. House Red beer was good, "Raspberry Burst" also very good. Service was good, beer did run dry twice. Ordered entree's Poutine and Hawaiian burger plate. Very good food, I would have it again, but the prices were just too high. I wonder why? Nice atmosphere, nice staff, but need more competitive pricing. We will try other places next outing even though we can walk to Joe's from home.

PROS:• Friendly and efficient waitress• Nice location with view over Kelowna• My soup was complimentary as the kitchen screwed up my calamari order.CONS:• Acoustics are terrible, it is very loud in the restaurantOVERAL IMPRESSIONIt’s a nice restaurant if you don’t mind the noise level. Some sound baffles would help. A large patio is available as well.

The restaurant had a great service and amazing customer service. Every customer comes in attended accordingly. Chad was a great water who can manage interacting and follow every customer he renders services .. amazing place to dine in either small or big meals. Very spacious and clean area.

Staff are so friendly and genuine. Not just there for a tip and a pay cheque. One small issue with one out of the 4 meals and the manager went above and beyond for us. Will be back again :)

Absolutely horrible. What a disappointment. Ordered the Dynamite Tempura Shrimp, Dragon Boat Lettuce Wraps, A.C.E Burger and Beef Dip.The food took forever to arrive, was cold and had a hair in my girlfriend's Dynamite Tempura . When politely asked about it, the female manager, Casey, came over and was nothing but rude and belligerent to both of us. We will never go back there.

There are other places to go in Kamloops where you can get consistently good food and service. This is not one of them. I felt bad for the overworked servers but when you are paying the high prices they are charging you should not have to sit there for 25 mins waiting around. Then when your food finally arrives the manager came out and was snippy and rude about it. Disappointing. Don't waste your time here.

Ordered our favourite for pick up tonight! I completely understand when restaurants are having a busy night, no worries at all, but I was waiting for my food for a good 20ish minutes and by the time I got home (I live under 10mins away) it was cold and the meat was dry when I went to eat it! Not worth the money tonight :(

I have never been to an OJ’s and thought it would be a typical fast food restaurant. To my surprise it had a great atmosphere and super tasty food- satisfied a vegan, a vegetarian and a meat eater. Attentive staff and good prices. I will definitely be back

We were staying at a nearby hotel and loved the fact that the restaurant was within walking distance! This allowed us to have more than a couple drinks! The restaurant was busy, lively and fun! Our waitress was fantastic and really helpful with choices for dinner and dessert! Food was outstanding for a chain restaurant and the beer selection was good too! We will definitely be returning if we are in the area again!

Time to freshen up the menu! Was here 9 years ago and they haven’t changed a thing. Had the West Coast chop salad again and it looked like compost…so drenched in dressing it had a big puddle of it at the bottom.
