Ordered from the North Shore on Easter Monday and the food was terrible. I have had both good and bad experiences with the food at Moon Wok in the past but this, by far, was the very worst Chinese Food I have had in a long time. The chow mein was greasy and flavourless, the sesame chicken was pasty and the spring rolls were soggy. Most of the food was tepid, and delivery was late so it's possible the food sat for quite awhile before being delivered. The entire dinner tasted as if the food was fried in oil that was not up to temperature. Overall an expensive disappointment.
So i will give moon wok credit food is good…….the one star review is the last 5 times ive ordered delivery i tell them to call when here as i have dogs and dont need them barking theyre heads off. Well SOMEONE at the aberdeen location or multiple people cant seem to write on my bill…..CALL UPON ARRIVAL. I dont say this just cause i said because i dont want my dogs barking. BUT nope every time like clock work i get a knock on the door, thanks staff at moon wok for not being able to follow a simple reuqest. Every driver though has been apologetic and its not there fault. Maybe train your staff better to listen to a customer when they say call upon arrival or any specific instructions.5 star review my driver. He was awesome and a nice guy ???
This food was amazing and so was the service. We had Hot and Sour soup to start and by far some of the best I've had anywhere the meat was tasty and there was plenty and the broth had a very good spicy/sour balance ? ? main we had Spicy Seafood Medley and Special Fried Rice, they were both great the level of spice was 6/10 very well balanced and the Fried rice had great wok-hay if you know then you know ? ? highly recommend
Combo D. Huge amount of food. Unfortunately very dry. No sauce. Ordered 2 sauces to be able to pour on food extra 5.00. So, 22.00 for a Chinese meal. Yikes.
We did take out and it was good.One dish was ordered with no chilli but even so it was hot. If you like hot you would have lived it !!
Food is tasty and they have a lot of items to choose from. Since the place is not that busy, it makes for a great place to hang out with a bunch of friends without reservation.Reasonable pricing and the quantity served is huge!

Only ate here once & had a veggie chow mein dish which was quite flavourful. Service good & catered well to my food allergies. If I eat here again and it's consistently good again, I'll upgrade my rating to a 5. Otherwise I would recommend this place.
Amazing foods and great.The best packing skills I have ever see. Will be there for sure whenever I travel pass by kamloops.
Tried it for the second time and I shouldn’t have. Chow mein was dry and tasteless. I do not recommend this place. However the staff were super nice.
