Was very reasonable priced, was yummy not greasy and huge portions. My special friend and I went out to celebrate an event and the plates came loaded and my special friend has an eating disorder and I could see she was feeling guilty and overwhelmed at the portion so the staff cared and brought her a couple containers as a doggy bag to take some food off her plate so she wasnt as triggered and she enjoyed her food and even though Chinese food is not her favorite she said she'd want to come here again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and 3 drinks and the food came to $50.00 and a bit of change I highly recommend Moon Wok Vallyview.
Ordered war wonton soup over the phone. The person who took my order was super excited. Definitely was a highlite of ordering food. Large portion of food and was tasty. Would definately try out their other dishes next time as well. Valley view location.
probably have ordered from this restaurant over 100 times no exaggeration try to order the exact same thing I do every time and told they’ve never ordered or substituted the menu that way. I ordered the way they said I had to manager confirmed the total and 15 to 20 minutes I said OK. I get to the restaurant order is not ready manager says he didn’t think I wanted to proceed with the order even though I said yes. Again asked about the substitutions he said they’ve never done that. Will not attend this Restaurant ever again as it seems since they are the only restaurant for Chinese in Valleyview I think they have the market cornered

Any time i enter a chinese joint with (predominantly) white staff and only white patrons eating im kinda skeptical that it will be flavorless, uninspired take on north american chinese food that resembles TV dinners (we all know at least one place like this that is AWFUL)BUT, i was extremely hungry so i ordered a combo E. Staff was incredibly nice and cheerful. It must be a prerequisite to only hire astonishingly gorgeous women and i was very impressed at how fast the food came out.I got home and noticed my chicken was missing sweet and sour sauce. So i called and they misheard combo E for combo D (honest mistake, it happens in the kitchen sometime) they offered free sweet and sour chicken balls delivered as compensation but i didnt feel that was fair to their driver so i just drove the 2 minutes and grabbed my food. Before i even got out of my car one of those babes ran outside with a giant portion of chicken balls. Outstanding.First bite: was expecting that red frozen sweet and sour sauce almost all north american places use, was expecting the generic fast food chicken balls that are 90% batter... I was WRONG. Big meaty juicy chicken balls with a thin layer of crispy batter and the sauce was different. Tasted real, id guess they make it in house . The rest of the meal was fantastic. The portions were HUGE so i have leftovers. Beef tasted more authentic than most places and all the veg was fresh.10/10 hot servers10/10 customer service10/10 portion sizes.Food was EXCELLENTHighly recommend this place to those who want legit chinese food and they want it FAST.
Was looking for a good place to eat on our return trip to the lower mainland from Alberta. I must say it's been a long time since we've enjoyed Chinese food this much. Additionally: the staff was very courteous, kind and attentive. Washrooms were spectacularly clean. And overall the dining area was clean and presented nicely. Will recommend to anyone driving through or living locally.
Huge meal! Good for 3 days. Lol I had their egg roll, it was good but too much grease in it. Please find a way to eliminate a lot of the grease please
