Dinner for 8. A LOT of food. Nice atmosphere. The round table and the glass table piece made it a wonderful family affair.
Excellent "middle of the road" Chinese food. My wife and I had house special chow mein that had lots of veggies and meat, as well as ginger beef, and two spring rolls. It was enough food for two meals. The ingredients were fresh and the ginger beef really tasted like it. Only one down side: we felt a little neglected in terms of service.
My order of BBQ pork was completely inedible and had to be thrown away because it was dry, tough and chewy and an awful grey colour. The food here is pretty bland and under seasoned normally, as is the case with most of the Chinese restaurants in Kamloops, but I’ve never had BBQ pork this disgusting in my life and it should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen. In addition to having zero quality control their customer service is also non-existent. I wrote to them to complain about this dish and they couldn’t even bother to reply. Last time we spend $80 on a restaurant that can’t even be bothered to rectify their errors. Avoid.
We never order Chinese food because as a vegetarian there is not much I can eat. I noticed moon wok had a veggie combo with tofu so we ordered last Friday! It was delicious! I will definitely be ordering again soon!!
The food was delicious and so fresh. Super fast service and amazing prices. Will definitely be back!
I used to live near this restaurant. It was one of my faves in town and I ordered takeout a LOT. The last time was in 2018, just before I moved away.We just got takeout tonight and it was absolutely awful. Not like it just went downhill a little, this was a landslide to the bottom. I regret having this for dinner, what a disappointment. Will never order here again.

Just had a good day skiing Sunpeaks and was hungry and tired. Too tired to make supper so this was a good alternative. We have been here before but not since the Pandemic. Just as nice , clean pleasant as before. Food piping hot and lots of it. The combo meals are enough to take home for another lunch! Great servers. Very courteous, fast and wanting to please. It did not disappoint. Going back soon…or will it be takeout? They do it all. Love the North Shore location the best of all 3 locations in Kamloops.
Come for the lunch deal before 2 pm. Gets you an over-size combo and drink plus side dish. Portions are very generous; be prepared to take a doggy bag. My favorite is the fried rice with beef-and-veg plus chicken balls. Very tasty. Come twice and servers will remember you. If you can't eat the whole thing remind yourself that I, a 120 pound woman, ate it all in one sitting. It was that yummy!
