Usually great, however they are closed during their hours without notice; and I walked 15 minutes to get here. Update your hours if you're going to be closed!
Only few flavors available with most of them tasting like water. Very expensive for such low quality, will definitely never go back

First of all, the frozen yogurt machines are very inconsistent, some work fine and others work terribly.I had high expectations for the frozen yogurt however I was surprisingly disappointed with the taste and quality.The employee working there wasn’t even out front for half the time I was there leaving me confused to where they would be. When she walked out to the front the lady there was about as enthusiastic as a wooden board.You’d expect frozen yogurt as bad as this to have a reasonable price right? Wrong, for two cups it cost me over $18.00.The lack of toppings and flavours there made this special trip feel boring and pathetic.If you are thinking about getting frozen yogurt from Menchies in Kamloops, you’d have better luck going to find a Dairy Queen.
There’s one lady that works here (I didn’t get her name but she closed on Monday, December 20) who is hands down the most sweetest person I’ve met. Loved the service here, would definitely recommend and go back!
I went to this place for the first time as I don't have one in the town I live. Excellent quality and service. The staff runs back and forth to assist customers as well as clean up at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back! :)
The cashier who served at 3:30pm on November 1, 2021 is lazy. The front is covid clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. She got us to pay and then went immediately to sit in her office. From the amount of time of sitting, there should be enough time to have the bathrooms cleaned.
Washrooms close at 6pm for cleaning!?!?!? Half melted yogurt for over $16 a serving! Boo, Menchies.
Mediocre flavoured sugar ice. Not appetizing and not worth the price. Does not resemble frozen yogurt at all. Second star only for the Dino sours.
This establishment has changed over the past few years. The frozen yogurt is good, but they don't always offer all the flavours and have limited toppings. One suggestion is to have both the small and large cup sizes available. Also, the super friendly young lady working the night shift shouldn't be there by herself; should be a safety concern for the owner.
