Chicken tasted bad/old, don't want to honor the downloadable, clippable coupons saying they are online only when they are clearly not and can be used in store. Once long ago the chicken was actually good. My last visit.
Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting.When we finally got to the window .We were told they just closed.Not happy at all
Was in through drive thru last night and was terrible fires where cold and unsalted very dry I’m guessing old.. none of us ate them.. first time bad fries.. my meal was missing ingredients.. my partner didn’t eat his sandwich wasn’t good and it was dryKetch up was missing honey mustard was missing straws missing and napkins missing paid close to 40 dollars and couldn’t eat our food it was so terrible.. wasn’t impressed and sad to say won’t be going back to waste more money
Usually I don’t have such a negative experience but tonight was terrible service from the girl that works the drive thru, she starts to take my order and then tells me to wait one second, so I preceded to wait a few mins and then I say hello, she then says can I take your order, I say I haven’t finished giving you my order. Get to the window and I’m only given 1 drink when I paid for two, same girl asks to see my receipt and says I don’t get a second drink because it doesn’t come with my order, okay… fine I pull into parking lot and check my receipt and it says I paid for two drinks so I go in the same girl sees me and asks if what I need I let her know I paid for two drinks and she only gave me one, she then gaslights me and says I thought I gave you two, I tell her no, we just had this conversation at the window. Got my drink but her service was terrible and she should probably be given more training.
The staff and service are great, pretty fast. five stars for that. However, the food isn't the greatest quality. Mediocre, but I do love their popcorn chicken lol ?
This was by far the worse Chicken my husband and I have eaten. Tasteless!!. I don't know if the 11 herbs and spices are expensive but this chicken didn't have any breading and absolutely no taste. Deep fried chicken skin with nothing on it. Also a wing falls into white meat category not dark meat. Never eat here again
The fries were soggy and almost cold. The potatoes in the potatoe salad were hard. The corn wasn't tasty. And the chicken was a little over cooked. I won't be ordering from here again until I read a good review on here!
The WORST!!!!! I GET IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE ,and they tell me its gonna be 30 minutes for chicken. Thanks for telling me, I can't wait that long, I'll pass. Can i exit the drive through lineM? Yes, the voice says, you can go around . And I drive 5 feet around the corner....and no, of course I can't get out. Stuck behind 3 cars and no getting around them. So, spent 15 minutes in line with nothing and for nothing. Glad to see they're busy, but fer crying out loud , move the line!!!!
Never ever order from their website. Use different delivery service like SkipD or doorD. If you order from their website and your order goes wrong : 1. you will be waiting on the line forever- I was transferred three times, and 2. they will never fix your problem except for telling you to come get it yourself( why pay delivery fee?!) and 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY, if you ask for the refund, THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK for the missing order. They missed one of items from my order and said the refund has been processed, after 10days, still no refund. Use other delivery service, if anything goes wrong, that will maybe the only way you can get your money back! Report! And get your money back!
Our guy working the till was wearing a pot shirt didnt think that was on the menu but it might of made is better cause those nacho chips were suppose to be fries. And that super Chicken Sandwich not sure about the Mayo looked like lard. Thank God for Mary Browns Chicken.
