I opened the box to literally the worst pizza cutting job I’ve ever seen. I called in to ask how dumb the person who cuts pizza is, and the lady blamed it on a trainee. I said ok well somebody is training them, so the person who looked over the trainees work and still sent it out, has to be just as dumb as the trainee then. She said “I’m the one that looked over the pizza and sent it out” LOL hilarious.As for the pizza, not terrible, but not great. I mean what can I expect. It’s one of those pizza places where you can walk in drunk with the wrong choice you picked up from the bar, and order a cheap slice. Actually, if I was drunk this would be good pizza.I also ordered wings. Terrible. The texture feels like they were boiled in water then half a salt tossed in not nearly enough sauce. Luckily, I make my own hot sauce so I put the wings under the broiler for FOUR minutes and added a bit more sauce and they were great, but good quality of the actual chicken when cooked properly isn’t on the pizza joint, it’s on the farmers who pump all the steroids into it that me and this pizza place allow to happen, happily.I get it’s a pizza place, but the extra couple minutes to make food properly would keep me as a customer. The dumb neglect and lack of quality control, will have me never coming back, until I’ve had one too many beers downtown and some 4/10 I got wants pizza.
Ordered a half butter chicken half bbq chicken today.It was the best pizza I ever had in Kamloops. The staff was so friendly and polite.Surely ordering another one soon.
I got a coupon in the mail that says 3 medium 2 topping Pizza's for 20 dollars. I made my order for the medium Gluten Free crust due to my allergy. Employee had to call a Manager. Tells me manager cannot do the deal for Gluten Free. I have seen coupons in the past that say Gluten Free excluded, but It does not say that anywhere on this coupon.Never had issues with coupons in both Vernon and Kelowna. Fresh Slice in general is great so this is nothing against the food or the employees. But due to this experience at this location and it not making any sense why I was denied, I have to give 1 star. Picture of coupon added to review.Also whoever responded to this tried to cover themselves by saying they no longer offer gluten free in medium because it is a 11 inch crust. This is just a way to try to give a reason for denying me. I ordered this same crust with same coupons from Vernon and Kelowna Fresh Slice locations. They have 2 size choices in there pan crusts. Medium is classified as 12 inch, and they have XL that is 16 inch. being that the gluten free crust is only 1 inch smaller than the medium it clearly would fit that size best. It was just poor service that did not want to honor a coupon. While they tried to look for a technical reason after receiving this 1 star review. This review was originally in July 2020 as shown in coupon photo. Just had to edit it give more information due to their response.
Has traditional toppings and specialty pizzas by the slice/allready made & also made fresh by the whole pie!! There are a few new and different flavors that may surprise you...but you can't say until you try. Great option for a quick bite on the go, clean and bright atmosphere, friendly staff and clear view of the prep area n ovens as well as fountain and bottled beverages.
ordered the butter chicken pizza the crust was the thinnest iv ever seen and there were hardly any toppings on it i am so disappointed with this pizza use to be one of my favourite pizza places. i called back to tell them how bad it was and the lady i talked to said there was nothing they could do about it. we will not be ordering from here again this was the worst pizza iv ever had the $5 pizza from save on is far better than this pizza don’t waste your money on fresh slice pizza
New to Kamloops and was told this some of the best pizza.Price was 6.71 more then what the website showed - couldn’t prove it for my husband didn’t get a receiptPizza itself was greasy and so thin I couldn’t pick it up.Not tasty at allWould not ever recommend this place
Food is very good, however I have a small suggestion. Since your wings are breaded it may be worth looking into serving the sauces on the side for the customer to add on and toss in the container themselves. Because by the time the wings arrive to your home they are soggy .Other than that I have no complaints !!
It was a decent experience. I had 2 slices, a cheese & a pepperoni one. I found the pizza to be extra buttery and salty.
We went to fresh slice pizza and ordered food but it was so bad that I never eat my life . Threw the pizza in the garbage… just waste money..
