I ordered the chicken addiction bowl, I use get this regularly at the Denys downtown. Never had bad service there. This visit(at nor shore Dennys, & last visit my order was incorrect wen I got home.) The 'bowl' only had 1chiken breast, it always use to hav 2breasts wen I wood go to the dwntwn Dennys. So, I may keep going to the dwntwn Dennys, wen I want to get a 'fix' for my 'chicken addiction', I thnk?
I took my family there for breakfast, all the staff was super friendly especially our server Riyo, she was amazing, the host Angie came around often with coffee and the food was delicious
Had a bit of a bad skip order. Called the store they were awesome about everything. Fully replaced my meal and showed genuine customer service and care. Top notch. They have my loyalty
Me and the Mrs had the grand slamwich. And I was very surprised, it was gorgeous. Is dennys in Canada better than the US? As I wasn't expecting it to be that good, maybe just lucky with my choice?
the worst service I have received. There were 2 tables in use and food took over 1 hr. Other tables were left dirty and furniture was in Bad shape. quality of food was also very poor and I could only have a couple bites of my burger.
Really slow service, food was good for the most part. But my friend marinara sauce was still almost frozen in the middle.
I had a new server she said it was her second shift and did an amazing job above and beyond. Other than that our food had some issues but not major
I enjoyed my food I had a all American slam and my gf had the ultimate omlette.good customer service at the front. I tipped the girl 5 bucks for being so polite.
Good service all around. My eggs came out softer than I would have liked, but that's the only problem I can think of. All servers are very attentive and nice (breakfast was tasty, too!). I came here to do some schoolwork and get a meal, was a great spot to choose
This was a wonderful visit today. We had the manager as our server this morning as we were a group of 10 at 7:30 am. They only had one other person serving tables and she was busy with them. Even with everything going on he was pleasant and efficient our food was great and service was even better. We will be talking about our visit with the rest of the Canadian legion folks and let them know to have breakfast at Denny’s Tranquille. Thank you
