This place has recently turned into a dive. I ordered pot roast which is a peoples' favourite. The server couldn't even tell me about this. Didn't know the menu obviously. When it arrived on my table. I could tell it was not fresh. Small portions. After the meal, I was still hungry. Tasted like M&M's frozen meal like they heated it from the package. Tasted nothing like 2-3 years ago. My wife ordered fish with mashed. She was disappointed. Small portions again too.
My family went to this Dennys on Monday and had a such great experience. Good food, excellent customer service, Swapnil took a good care of my family and delivery a decent customer service made us extremely happy. We will definitely come back.
My husband and I went on a breakfast date. Our waitress was attentive and even helped us save money by ordering in a way that gave us the food we wanted for less. The food was good. I appreciated that the carried sugar free pancake syrup.
Ordered coffee and kaluah, got plain coffee in a cup with obvious pink lipstick stains still on the rim. My wife's coffee cup also had stains on it. We requested new cups and ordered our food. When our food arrived, my wife's sunny side up eggs had about half raw whites still. They frankly looked like they hadn't been cooked more than twenty seconds. On top of all of this, the service was dismal. We certainly won't be returning.
I had the Classic Benny. Gluten free muffin option. Eggs exactly as I like them! I quite enjoyed it! Friendly service!Its nearby so, I'll consider it as a breaky option again for sure!
The service yesterday was awful. We made our drink order and no straws were brought to us with nobody anywhere to talk to. 20 minutes later somebody finally came and asked what we wanted to eat. Then the food came out but instead of bringing our meals, they were spread out over 10 minutes on small plates. Brutally bad service. The other people around us were also complaining.
Me and my friend got breakfast this morning, and when we called to place our order both of the things that we wanted they weren't doing anymore. Even though we were looking at the online menu while ordering. So we changed our orders. My friend ordered french toast... What he got was basically toast. I ordered cinnamon bun pancakes, which turned out to cinnamon and sugar in little chunks spread over the middle of my pancakes. Plus when we were ordering we made sure to ask for whip cream for the pancakes. We got back to the house after picking up our breakfast, there was no whip cream. My friend awesomely walked all the way back to Denny's just to get me whip cream. This was the worst experience I've had at Denny's. You guys need to change your online menu since you guys aren't doing half of whats on the menu. Both me and my friend are not impressed with breakfast this morning...
Ordered 2 eggs, 2 sausages, hashbrowns and toast when it was nowhere near busy. 30 mins later there are two pieces of charcoal on my plate trying to pass for sausages and toast so cold the butter wouldn't melt on them. The server was sympathetic when she saw I wasn't happy and offered to fix it but I wasn't going to trust the cook a second time especially when he does not have the ability to present toast properly. I found the skill level of the cook quite unsatisfactory.
Our server Anushka was horrible. The worst service I ever gotten from this Denny’s. She was incredibly rude and ignored our table for the majority of our visit. We didn't get any refills, she didn’t even check to see if our food was good and she had a major attitude. Someone like her shouldn’t be in the service industry.
