It was not busy on a weekday lunch, however the service was pretty slow.. and a sign did apologise due to staff shortage.. which appears to be a global common problem. However the food is standard and you know what to expect. Of course, the signature blizzard served upside down is a plus!
I have eaten here twice this week so that should tell you how much I liked this place. The staff were very friendly and very fast, the meal was excellent and a friend of mine told me to ask for a 1 liter of soft serve and mix the oreos in for a cheap blizzard. The woman and myself could not finish it all, but we tried. There was not much left. Great place.
We ordered online and picked up 10 minutes late. Drinks were not ready to go. Safety shields made the line up closed in and confusing as to where to go for pickup. Skip the dishes delivery driver was sitting on a side counter where you get drinks and no one said anything to him. (YES, THEY NEW HE WAS UP THERE) Food was good.
This is the worst dairy Queen I have ever been to. I was here with my spouse yesterday (June 23rd 2022) to get some breakfast. First we had to deal with the uninspiring attitude of the staff who seemed interested in attending to us, and when she eventually decided to attend to us, it was a shabby service down to the last minute. Then I got the shocker of my life when I decided to use the male washroom. It was the worst sight ever. I almost threw up at the stench, and gross sight of human fecal material that littered every where in the WC. Never ever been to a washroom that dirty and smelly in any DQ ever. I couldn't even use it and had to run out of the place. When I tried to talk to the lady about it, her response was that the "washroom was out of service". How is a washroom out of service and you don't have a notice stating that? We regret ordering our food bedore sighting the washroom as that is a food safety risk for such an environment. As I type this, I feel terrible thinking about the state of that washroom and the attendant risk of spreading infection to the public. I love DQ, but this particular one is a NO NO for me.
__ this place usually pretty good miss one night I go there just like normal I'm right you just drive through on my bike because the storefront closer customers at such a late hour so I continue to order $50 plus and food and dessert. Got toll to just pull ahead cuz it was a big order understandable but then we were waiting for a little while I know you started noticing drive to customers and going through and I'm not talkin to the two people behind Lake 7 rate cars I'm like wondering did they free outdoor my money is not good enough because I'm on a bike so go to drive to window and ask are we getting our order they do not know my order When I was talking with the one who took my order she read it back it was right I even made sure about you having a number 8 meal so it finally came up front with her order 35 minutes through drive thru it was given to us really quick and then all I hear a car Speedway before leaving I go to the bag just to make sure it's right it wasn't one hamburger Missy end the whole number 8 meal so you're back to the drive-thru window I say what what's up where's my hamburger and the gentleman continues on telling me he can't give me my hamburger because I already ate 1 he continues on telling me did I ate a hamburger so I asked to talk to the manager and guess what a speeding car earlier on the one who took my order originally that was the manager quick to drop my dinner to me and leave so they pretty much ignore me close the door turn the lights off and pretty much ignored me when I knock on the door tell him yes so Dairy Queen sucks balls very rude very judgemental just all-around rude oh okay another thing at the bottom of the menu board in small print it says they are supposed to tip over your blizzard to show it stays in the cup yeah we called them on that he didn't do it so we told about to call Princeton he gave us to Dilly Bars I told this to begone so all said and done some of the alright dinner for other people not me I didn't get my number a meal but apparently I ate a hamburger I had a jelly bar was supposed to be a blizzard bye. Over $50 spent just a joke two big thumbs down
Staff would be better off focusing on the job they are paid to do then visiting amongst themselves. Restsurant was filthy and we waited 30 mins for take out while our food was sitting under warming lights for 15 of those. Take pride in your work people!
I went through the drive through & you could smell how dirty the oil in the fryers was. I have no clue how they can be operating when the fryer oil is that nasty, I almost vomited because of the smell.If I could give -☆s I eould that's how gross it smelled.
fries are left in cooker for multiple hours without change or disposal.beef is 50/50 of either being over or undercooked when a burger is ordered in my experience.all salads kept in a fridge and are changed every few days, when they should be changed daily.insects are very common in dining area.unclean floors and tables.staff is usually rude and lacks intiative.final judgement?wouldn't eat here if it was the last place with food on earth, better to drive down the road and eat literally anywhere else
Going through drive thru was probably a poor choice, I feel I was bold in talking to the speaker thing and made my combo clear.I had to repeat 3-4 times what drink I was getting, and didn’t even get the drink right. She had a bad attitude. And our ice creams were mostly melted when we got it. Will not be going back here again.
Have been here a handful of times and they always give us at least one wrong Blizzard. And they don't blend the blizzards properly; the bottom is just plain soft serve. Flamethrowers are also very stingy on hot sauce. Would recommend just going to a different dairy Queen.
