I’m usually not one to write a bad review as in most cases it is a miscommunication, however, this experience is worth the bad review. The girl at the till was amazing, she did everything right. I ordered a basket of onion rings and they came out 1/2 ok and 1/2 way to crispy. I brought it back and asked for new ones, the supervisor was speaking very loudly, almost yelling and repeating it about 5 times on her way back to the kitchen stating I had returned them because they were overdone (too crispy) which could have been embarrassing if the restaurant was full. She came back out 2 mins later with old onion rings in hand saying that they are on a timer and whatever came out was right.,… well, anyone in the service/customer service industry knows that was a big no no. They didn’t try to fix it, they just offered my money back after commenting that I wasn’t goin fro eat them. When my husband expressed he wanted to make a complaint the manager made him go to the till not making any effort to rectify the situation…….. ?. He went up to make a complaint, well, we found out it was the kitchen manager in the kitchen, the deep fryer apparently needed to be cleaned and there’s no way we could ever speak to someone higher unless we posted our complaint through the website. Anyways…… knowing and working the customer service industry for over 20 years, this was a very uncomfortable situation.
Asked for no tomato, still got tomato.Also got ignored while standing waiting for our food that had already been packaged. Had to interrupt them to ask for our food that was sitting there.
All staff members were not wearing gloves, hair/facial nets or DQ aprons, had on dirty jeans and all speaking in Hindi or Pakistani, yelling across the store to each other.Drive through was backed up 3 cars and all order information on the boards in red( that means "Service Time" was over the intended goals for those not knowledgeable in Fast Food operations). Order was wrong, pointed it out to the cashier, order was wrong again, pointed it out for the second time, 3rd time order was overcharged, finally on the 4th time it was correct. Receipt was for someone else's order as well. Seems like this location is just always underperforming or too greedy to hire actual English speaking employees.
Picked out a nice cake, they did a nice job of writing on it. Service is extremely slow!!
Waited in to place my order, waited at the order screen, placed my order, corrected the order 3 times. Waited to pick up my order, staff came to the window to confirm my order.... wrong order, corrected staff again. Paid for my order, staff came to the window to confirm my order.... wrong AGAIN! Staff came to the window and asked for payment. Finally had to leave WITHOUT MY LUNCH as my lunch break was now over...I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
They take too much time at drive through, please speed up the process.
So friendly and courteous! I bought a large ice cream cake that they offered to write happy birthday on it and did so within seconds! It was delicious and looked amazing and I will make an effort to go into this location again.
It would be nice if you put the ketchup and dips on the bottom of the bag and not on top of my French fries.
The service is fantastic. The workers are friendly and the food was great.
