Great food and prices just needs to edit hours of operation on google. They aren't open at 6am anymore
Posting for my parents who last week bought the world’s stalest cookies from Craig’s and now today purchased “fresh” bread that has mould on it and smells of mould as well.
It's frustrating that they only have one person to do cakes. And when she's off you can't make an order. Terrible way to do business.... I'll never go there for anything

I’ve been a supporter for awhile but today I bought an eclaire donut for my daughter as a treat and it was frozen. I feel that the food should be fresh and a frozen donut filled with whip cream is a sign that it is not. Not only was I disappointed but my kid was too.

I just want you to know that we are new to Kamloops and well you are our new bakery ?. My son couldn’t have a “normal” birthday due to Covid and all he said is that he wanted a Pokémon cake…well let me tell you this bakery sure did answer his call!! We said Pokémon and well they delivered the best cake possible, my son LOVED it!! Thank you so much and we will definitely see you soon ??
I used to work directly for Craig in Chase. It was an awful experience. He was verbally abusive, shamed me and poked fun at my small frame constantly. There was NEVER a day in all the years I lived there they didn't have a "help wanted" sign up in the window, for good reason. I was subjected to unrealistic tests and expectations, then put down for not being able to make over 100 face sized pancakes for the whole town all at once on Easter morning... With ONE stovetop!!! I give one star because some of his bread isn't bad. I know firsthand the quality
So many delicious choices! Got their chilli and a pizza pretzel for lunch , grabbed some other goodies , cheese buns and banana bread for later ! Will be back soon to try the cinnamon buns
