Awesome and friendly service. I was visiting from Ontario for a job interview and they made me feel right at home. I’m excited to return and have it as my new favourite place to have an adult beverage and meet new friends.
I wish I could give 0 star. One of the worst and RACIST customer service that I received ever. I came from Vancouver to spend a great weekend in Kamloops but the RACIST server here spoiled my family’s mood. A big NO for sure.
We ordered through Doordash last night and spent nearly $70 on two meals, only the meals with no drinks. We ordered the burger, which was okay at best with fries. We also ordered the Chicken Lips chicken strips (appetizer). They tasted rubbery. And also ordered was a separate order of lattice fries. But what was delivered was regular fries, eventhough I specifically ordered a lattice fries order. I called them and all they could say was that they had a shortage of lattice fries and were being careful how they were being put out. In other words, it sounded like only the restaurant was serving them inside. On the order, it should of stated they were sold out of them then. Or reimbursed me for the fries. If I had known, I might have substituted the fries for a salad. I was not given this choice. They did not even follow up on this. Will not order from here again!!
Great service, great drinks and the food is classic pub style with a flare. Can't go wrong here!
Told we could sit anywhere. Then were asked to move not 1, not 2, but 3 times. As the but out reserved signs on tables. Waiter openly complained about being short staffed and having to do everything. Food was average at best.
Came here for a friends birthday. What a mistake that was. I would never recommend someone spend money on the food here. The food I got litteraly un-edible and still got charged for it. Great service.... not. Writing this review as I sit at the table. First time iv sent food back and it still comes back wrong and get charged for it like it's my fault. This is definitely the wrong establishement to spend any birthday at. Only thing they got right was the drinks. Poor service, even poorer food and they'll still charge you for it. Classy. Legit MacDonalds provides better customer service than this place.
Comfortable vibe, very friendly staff. Easy menu . Loved their in house creation dish called Pachos, especially with their signature style souce. Definitely recommend others.
The atmosphere is dated, the staff were more interested in each other when they should be cleaning their keg lines, the food was okay.
We had 2 servers, for we moved tables. Both servers were personable, had congeniality and bright smiles. The food was top notch as usual. Restrooms clean and smelling fresh! Even the doorman was warm-hearted and inviting. ❤
