I have never written a review before but this experience with Boston pizza Was so horrible that I had to write a review it would get no stars but I had to put one we had chicken parmesan which was hard as a rock and cold and a hamburger which was absolutely disgusting That my husband couldn't eat it. I didn't eat the parmasean chicke either it went in the garbage. the spaghetti that came with the chicken parmesan I asked for Marinara sauce on it and their marinara sauce was just Crushed tomatoes disgusting we ordered French onion soup and it was so salty we couldn't eat it. so basically a $70 meal all went into the garbage do you not order from Boston pizza
Service was good they were severely understaffed but they staff they had did amazing. The food on the other hand was just okay there are too many other restaurants in the area that serve better food I won't be returning due to food quality.
The service was quick and personable. Great location with very easy and accessible parking. The food was good, very large portion sizes. Reservation unneeded. Busy times there is a line up.
We arrived here at 8:33 on a Friday night after a tough day of motocross racing at the Western Canadian amateur nationals. We were advised that they stopped seating at 8:30. The hostess was nice enough to ask the manager to make an exception for 3 minutes. The manager declined.This is the exact opposite of customer service.I owned a bar in Puerto Vallarta and if my manager had done this he would be looking for another job !!!
Boston Pizza is always the same. Food always tastes great. Great for lunches or dinner. Enjoy
There were six of us eating and the service was excellent and so was the food with one exception. I ordered the steak dinner. It was rare as I requested but it was so tough I couldn’t chew it nor could anyone else who tried
Our server was great and friendly. The wings my granddaughter ordered she said were delicious. My Thai chicken wrap was awesome. Can't wait to go back again

A very fantastic experience tonight. My partner and I found the food delicious, and much quicker than we expected. The highlight was the great service from out server, Amanda. She was quick, friendly and attentive. All around incentive gor us to want to return soon!
went to book a section for our year end kids hockey meal- 40-45 people guaranteed cash +. front desk said no reservations on Saturday, asked to speak to manager and manager wouldn't even come out. probably playing video games on phone. I dont get how anyone would say no to money. especially when we only allow our team a set amount if time inside a restaurant where turnover is recognized. you fools could have made a killing. Frick & frack putting red carpet out for us now. and we bumped our budget up.
