Great food! Outstanding service, especially the young blonde gentleman that has served us both times we were there. Went for the food and keep coming back for his service!!
Used to love bold… but lately, something is very off with the place. I Ordered pasta and the sauce was complete water like and didn’t taste like anything. Very lacklustre and underwhelming. To make things even better, my family member ended up with severe food poisoning from their food. When I called the manager the next day, I couldn’t believe how rude she was about the whole thing. I was very nice and explained the situation… she responded by basically accusing me of lying and she said it was weird. She couldn’t of cared less. After I told her it was definitely from their food because that was the only food my family member had that day, she responded by saying she would check the ingredients and then hung up on me…. I will never ever go back… what a joke…
Pizza was just alright.. to be honest, I was surprised to eat the whole thing and still be hungry. Kind of small..The flavours were good, crust was ok, but could have been airier. I like thin crust, but this was just flat all the way across.Was told it would be a half hour wait for pick up. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an additional half hour. The person sitting beside me was in the same situation. Then I also noticed another group waiting for their takeout order and asking when it would be ready.Probably a good idea to provide a more reasonable pickup time if the kitchen is behind... otherwise people waste their time waiting.. just for a pizza. Would be nice if they threw in an extra little something to compensate.. but nope!This would be 4 or 5 stars if the pizza wasn't baby sized and service was better.
Thank you to the kind gentleman that made our meal extra special by taking care of the bill. The staff were so happy to tell us and we were speachless with the act of kindness. We always have a great experience when we go there, from great service to awesome food and now an act of kindess. We definitely will be paying it forward❤?
I have been here 4 time now and have never been disappointed. Went again for lunch and sat on the patio. The food, service and beverages were top notch. Mojito's with a peach puree and fresh mint growing on a secluded balcony that makes you forget you are outside a mall. When ordering they let you know that changes to menu ingredients are welcome. The garlic confit was an amazing topping that took the pie to the next level. We were charmed and served a wonderful meal that restored my tainted opinion of the Kamloops restaurant scene. Probably the best and realest Italian pizza I've had in North America. Super friendly service too! Can't recommend this place enough!
We went with our young kids -- it was ridiculously rammed in there, yet even with how crazy it was the staff were super attentive and make it a great experience. The pizza here is really decent, thinner crust, high quality ingredients. They have some pastas that, as those sorts of things are usually an afterthought, are surprisingly decent. Highly recommend!
This was our favourite spot to go during our year in Kamloops. The happy hour, food and drinks are awesome and a great value. Karly and Cooper are amazing with service and food knowledge. Some of the best pizza we’ve had. Definitely get the garlic bombs. ??Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
This place has been on my radar for a while now and I finally visited today. We ordered the Giovani and the Milan, along with red sangria. The pizza was delicious and arrived hot and freshly made. The sangria was good too.Although the prices might seem high they are worth it. I will definitely be returning in the near future. I never should have waited this long to visit !
We got pizzas and It was just sublime! Would definitely recommend! The place had a great vibe, perfect to come with a group of friends or on a date. ^_^
