It was ok. for being the “people's choice top rated” place it was ok. we ordered some of the more unusual rolls on the menu. biggest turn off was the roll with the mango salsa - and they used Costco mango salsa! definitely expecting something homemade for the price point and restaurant calibre. the other random rolls were good, but the flavor combinations were a bit unusual. we did order a few “normal” type rolls and they were spot on. loses on star on flavor combinations, use of Costco ingredients and mediocre selection of combo/party trays. i am a huge supporter of sushi mura - no prepared Costco ingredients used that I'm aware of in their dishes.
Love me so Teriyaki Beef hot plate! Best so far. Have taken out meals many times so far and is kind of our "go to sushi" place now. Good value and great flavors. They package the take out very well and give you the extra's. Busy place so expect that!
What a fabulous sushi place! The menu offers lots of creative rolls and a variety of options (udon, maki, sashimi, bento boxes,etc). The restaurant was clean and smelled fresh (Never eat sushi in a place that smells like fish). The servers were so nice. And most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! We were staying at a hotel close (there are many hotels within a mile of Arigato Sushi) with no transportation so we walked. Very easy to walk there and back. And the restaurant was filled with locals (always a good sign). I highly recommend.
Fantastic sushi experience that deserves it's high ratings. Warm comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and top quality ingredients. They have the best miso soup I've ever tried in my life and everything else was awesome as well. The fish was very fresh and the serving sizes are large enough to satisfy without breaking the bank. I can't wait to come back again.

Absolutely love this place. It was where my mom and I used to go for lunch/dinner all the time, when I lived here. I moved away 6 years ago, and when I found myself in kamloops again for a visit. This was one of the first restaurants I went to! just as good as I remember. The volcano roll is my favorite ?
Overall very good sushi at a good price. Ordered chirashi don twice over two days and received close to double the fish the first time. A bit off that the volume on the chirashi don is not standard.

I am blown away by this hidden gem. The portions are generous, making the price seem lower than it should be. The fish is fresh and delicious. We had the Bento A and Bento C. I highly recommend paying them a visit
This is some of the best sushi I have ever had. Very good service, friendly staff, prices are reasonable and they are fast making the food. Kitchen is always fully staffed and the expedited service is great. Everything is fresh and always delicious.
