Just dropped into Kamloops on route from Whistler to Jasper our boys fancied a take out pizza stumbled across this place and ordered 3 pizzas to go. 2 meat ones which they recommended and a margarita. All really tasty and to top it off realised they brewed their own beers so had a Disco Ipa and tried their smoked porter too. Really friendly staff in there including a guy from Manchester who had worked in York where we are from.
Terrible experience! Did not get my food order. Staff informed me they had staffing issues, training issues. Other people got food, my wife got food, not me. Go next door, you will enjoy it more.
I brought my son here for his 19th birthday, as he's been looking forward to having a beer with his family - it was his choice to come here. It was sadly quite the negative experience. We waited so long for anyone to greet us, and when they did come over we seemed more like an inconvenience to them then anything. The rest of the night went this way. The food took so long to arrive. Luckily the beer is delicious, but a refill more often, or a server asking us if we would have liked one would have been nice.My son still enjoyed having a beer, and the beer is good, but if you want friendly people or timely service this might not be the place for you.
Good food, good service, beer was disappointing. Not sure what it was but both beers we ordered (Black IPA, and a Porter), both had some kind of off flavor/aftertaste that wasn't pleasant. Maybe they just aren't good at producing dark beers? I don't know, but I'll be going somewhere else for a beer the next time I'm in the area. Sad because the food was quite tasty.

Good food, took our kids and they enjoyed the burnt ends, brisket poutine, chicken fingers and my wife and I shared their brisket burger. We splurged and had their deep fried Reese cups which were super rich as expected. It was a tight table for us and unfortunately I knocked over one of my flight samples and didn't get to try it. I wasn't asked what I thought of the beer and wasn't offered a replacement, as i would have purchased another. Honestly I wasn't even asked if I wanted another drink (I did).However, we got our food very quickly and it felt as though they wanted us in and out. We spent a lot of money to enjoy a night with our kids eating good food and the experience kind of disintegrated. Probably won't go back as there are lots of other option in Kamloops.

Loved the atmosphere. Best food so far. Best service. They accommodated our baseball team. My fav entree was the tacos with the garlic fries. Also the cheese burger is one of the best. The brisket was pretty tasty too. The pork belly was so good. Love love this restaurant. They have wine too.
My friends and I frequent Alchemy. Their pizza is delicious. On Wednesdays I find the super jalapeno lime chicken wings totally hit the spot. And it also like to highlight a few of their staff. Shantel R. the owner has a special way of making our table feel like we are all her BFFs when we have the pleasure of interacting with her.Newly hired server Henry was an absolute gem to meet last night. His gentle candor was very charming and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Waited at the front upon arriving for over 10 minutes with my family without anybody greeting us, saying they would be one minute or anything. We had two servers walk past us as well so we didn't even bother eating here. Judging by the responses from some of the owners as well, it seems they can't take any responsibility for their own actions without trying to excuse it somehow, so makes sense that the service wouldn't be to par either.
