Bad service. Some of our orders got messed up. Drive thru was way faster and we waited so long inside. Won’t come here again. Onion rings were sub par. Not as crispy as usual
I went on Wednesday (6th July)at 12pm, a girl took my order with a big smile. I really liked her service, the way she greeted is really appreciable, these are the little things we need in this world right now. (just to make someone’s day)
Amazing service. Had placed my order and received the meal as I got an important long distance call. Kiran assessed the situation, never interrupted my conversation, but put the two coffees in a holder, picked up my food order and motioned w her elbows that I needed to follow her outside to the car where my wife was waiting. Wonderful, engaged, and cognizant employee. Thank you Kiran!
Waited 20 minutes inside for 3 burgers while 25 or so cars got served at the drive through. Eventually just got a refund and left. These guys seriously need to get their priorities figured out. Worst service ever.
The poor manager, she was trying so hard without any support from her staff. Good effort by her, she was doing her best. She may as well have been alone.
What happened to the best a&dub in town. Used to be fresh and hot, now more like rubber fries & merely meat burgers.... save your money folks
Called the store to inquire on the A&W glass mugs. When my call was answered, the person could not understand my request if this restaurant sold the glass mugs. I asked to speak to someone else that then ensured me they do sell them. I drove from valley view to this location to buy a few of them. When I entered the store I was then told NO! They do not sell the glass mugs just off a drive in the mug only to be enjoyed in the store and not for taking home. I was then told by bearded man that I can’t speak for the person that was standing next to him that whom I spoke to over the phone prior to driving all the way there but they do not sell them. These glasses are a staple and an icon for the restaurant and not to be sold but on display in the dinning room is not right and then to be told they do sell them and not clear about how they sell them until you arrive at the restaurant is just a bad experience over all.
We ate in the restaurant for my first time in over a decade, and it was a wonderful experience. Food was great and I loved that my root beer was served in the frosted mug. I forgot that and it's a nice touch!
There is an older lady who is always working there and filling so many roles on her own, not sure if he is the manager but she should be a regional manager. Amazing lady! Every time I see her there I feel good because I am sure I will get a great service!
Fries are always cold so if you want hot fries, you should ask for hot ones.
