Had to take a lane and had a Buddy burger with fries and a hash brown. Meal just fine but the hash brown a big FAIL. Luke warm and slathered in grease...needed more napkins. The worst part was the very old oil left a bad taste in my mouth.

One of the Worst experience with A&W Ever have . only happend in Food Court Aberdeen Mall one. I used to buy only from A&W travel centre and Trans Canada Hwy . it was first time ever have placed order with food court A&W. Placed an order for byond meet burger combo and when took it to table and opened it .. Its super cold burger ...fries are hot and drink is good but burger is super cold ..could not eat .. Just to update at front desk ..she asked which one it is? i said its beyond meet burger combo with extra pickle,meyo and red onion ..she said ok will make new one for you and please throw out this in bin. And she said new one will take 9 min . i said no worries take your time but please make it good one. Finally after 9 min when she given the other one ... So this other one is hot no problem but did not put pickle, meyo and cheese which charged ... Keeping in mind her reactions when handling feedback from customer ... I think just eat it like bun and say bye bye to this restaurant.. Thanks alot .. I am just posting my personal expérience with this store some of you guys can have good or bad but mine one is worst. Thanks !!
Just visited this location on 14th August around 4:00pm, asked for a beyond meat burger combo, the male server asked if we can wait for 10 minutes for a burger, we replied yes I can wait that was not the issue, and soon after that he told that their debt machine was not working and insisted to pay by cash. After this I thought there might be some technical difficulty, and didn't punched the order. Soon after I left one of the employee took payment of a couple through debit terminal. Honestly, it seemed like they didn't wanted to serve food or these guys don't have any kind of business ethics.
About a week ago I took my son in for pancakes 2 bacon and Eggers and three hash browns. Once we got home I found that there was no pancakes there is one bacon and Egger and one sausage and egger and only one hash brown. I called and spoke to a girl on the phone who apologized and said that I can call back when I felt like coming in and I can have those items replaced that were missing. This morning I called to get our missing items and the supervisor lady who's working this day told me that she would have to call her managers and then get back to me. She then decided to take her time and then called me back about 20 minutes later and told me that I would have to wait till 1:30 till a manager comes on duty in order to do anything. How am I supposed to get pancakes at 1:30 in the afternoon? I got so tired of the running around that I went in to the restaurant to get my food back that I paid for it. But instead of an apology for the screw-up I got questioned about the date and time.... The exact time... That we were there. She then also questioned about my area code on my phone number when I called in earlier. We're from Alberta and I'm health care aide. I work with hospice patients here in BC.... I can tell you the exact date and time that I've lost a patient... But I can't tell you the exact time that I was in there in the morning to get my breakfast. When I asked her about getting my food back she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. I end up having to fight for my food that I paid for. She been through our food down on the counter and told us to leave. I even asked the young girl who was working drive-through if my son could have a small orange juice to keep him occupied tell our food is ready. She told me no and at that point I had enough. She brought her food out and threw it on the counter and told us to go. But it's how we got home and I opened up the bags there was nothing but greasy hash browns half a strip of bacon on the bacon and Egger and the pancakes recovered in what looks like charcoal are burnt food. I should not have to fight for food that I paid for it and then be treated so horribly.
Fueled up and grabbed some coffee from this location. The new coffee brand they use is much better I find. Came out quick and hot.
Good food. Beyond meat is not a favorite. Cod sandwich was a winner along with most of the rest of the menu
My burger was severely undercooked and yet still it took well over 10 minutes to make. This is my only poor experience with a&w
The food was great but more importantly the staff were incredible. To the owner of this establishment, the staff that you had on shift at 6:30 a.m. July 26, 2019 are exceptional! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and they smile! Our food was quick and fresh. I highly recommend this A&W.
I stopped here all the time I could get gas and I can go to the A&W and get my beyond meat Burger service is excellent the food's great and restaurants big and has Wi-Fi
