Applied here for a job 3 years ago and didn't get it, but I still think they are one of the most professional fast food chains I've eaten at in Kamloops period. Good location if you need to gas up and go!
Horrible service and took 20 minutes for fast food! When received it was cold.
We get take out here sometimes the last few times though they didn't get the order right
If you visit, I hope Alex, a cook, my girlfriends son, is on shift. He has done wonders for this location.

The staff were polite but the manager not so much. I had asked for 20 combo meals for our crew, I also asked if there were any discounts available for a big Oder and the shift manager said absolutely not. There was no one else in the restaurant.I left the restaurant and went to a different location nearby and they were more than happy to give a discount for a big Oder.
Just me and my awesome Dogg eat in out at the a&w as usual.

The staff that was on today is amazing. Smart and attentive is how I would best describe. They took their time with my technology challenged husband and did not make him fell bad about it. They were busy but took the time to be kind. She listened attentively and was a pleasure to deal with. Our food was great!
