The drive thru charged me for a double teen and gave me a double buddy instead. However, when I called they offered to fix their mistake and were very generous about it. ?

Cost 41.60 Three combos . Order not correct. Beverage ordered was marked cola but was root beer The papa burger was full of lettuce and tomatoes. Not a good experience. No napkins no ketchup no salt no pepper Just terrible service. I've been going to A&W for 60 years I will not be returning
My English muffin was burnt , I spat out a piece of egg shell, the sandwich basically fell apart before I finished it. The front staff were very friendly three stars for them none for the back

I love the burgers, fries, gravy n fresh coffee. However, price has gone up and its unfair, I'm low income n won't be able to afford a meal there. Should have specials for senior, singles family meal deals..or spin the board for free drinks, fries, sandwiches...make it fun to go to A&W.

Wonderful staff - we went for breakfast in the morning on a weekday in the middle of the week and we were served by a wonderful lady (no visible name tag so can’t say her name) but she was very friendly ! The food is good —And since A&W is a BC based chain, we went there for breakfast - let’s encourage Canadian businesses even fast-food chains instead of McDonald’s !!! 5 stars wonderful!PS : to management / franchise owner : please allow the tip option when paying by card !!!!

the bins where the dishes go were all overflowing, the service worker emptied one and left the rest. they were busy and undetstaffed.food was great as always
