Great if nothing is open and if you want something to drink or eat later in the day (even if the prices are more expensive), I just have a few annoyances.A lot of the time I notice the Slurpee machines have been either run empty, or are watery during the morning and even in the evening. When they are available, Pepsi for some reason always seems to be out of stock/order which is a shame as it’s my favourite. My other issue is sometimes staff at this location don’t feel like making anything, even though things are supposed to be “made to order” now. During those times the employee behind the counter had basically told me that they don’t make things in the morning or at night (like there’s a cutoff), which made no sense considering what’s being advertised. On the plus side the mobile checkout that was installed there really made it easier to order/pay, and I love how intuitive it is. Every time I go there it’s just in and out using that thing instead of standing in a queue, especially just to buy a few things. While I don’t feel particularly safe outside of there at night due to the aggressive groups that seem to loiter there, staff at least try to call security and deal with the problem. There’s only so much they can do, and I can understand how of a constant problem it is in that area, so I definitely don’t fault them for that.

7-ELEVEN KAMLOOPS, B.C. CANADA, NORTH AMERICA, EARTH.

I've gone in to grab Belmont cigarettes 10 times over the last 2 months and they are always out. I told him to figure out his orders and he told me he doesn't care. Best inconvenience store ever

Terrible customer service at this location. Very poorly trained staff. Watch how much they charge you. Staff members are grouchy and slow to provide service. Coffee area is always messy. Homeless people sleeping right outside the door. what a joke.

I've been shopping there for almost 40 years so they're doing something right...

I had a terrible experience over here. I am a regular customer here. I buy smoke and monster and gums almost three times a week. Last time when I went there by mistake I forgot to take my mask with me. I gently asked from the door that I forget my mask and I need some stuff to buy am I allowed or not this is the first time I was without my mask but the sales stuff told me he gave me this favour so many times where I never be there with out my mask and that was my first time and I also asked him if he can give me a mask or I can buy one. But he was very rude and I left the store immediately. One more thing I want to add when I was at the door a gentleman was leaving from inside the store without mask. I personally work at seven eleven and we always was very welcoming on the store and our first priority was customer delight. I was socked with his behavior. And after that I went to canco at North shore and asked a mask from them and they gave me an I bought what I want. From that day I stopped shopping from seven eleven.

Excellent service. East Indian run I believe, and in a lot of ways, a much more pleasant experience than 7/11 franchise's owned by native Canadians.

Ordered thru door dash and they gave me expired food and pop! They said they were busy lol that's not a good excuse.

The staff that work here are super chill.Always helpful if needed. They always greet me as I walk through the door and never treat me like an inconvenience even though they obviously have other tasks on the go – they are happy to stop, help me, then resume their work. If it's not too busy, they often ask me how my day is going and they wish me a great day as I leave before they get to the next customer. It's simple, yet it's astounding how many places don't know the basics of great customer service. Keep slayin' it.

Worst franchise owner? They are so unprofessional and rude.
