First of all, I’ve always had great experiences at this location. The warmth and efficiency of their staff is second to none. I wanted to share that we hosted our daughter’s 7th birthday in their outdoor party tent and had the most incredible time! The staff serving us was so attentive, supportive, easygoing and warm. And - let me tell you - they had their work cut out for them with a dozen kids there! Thank you so much to Palace and Violet for making her birthday so special!I would highly recommend renting their outdoor party tent. It was great!
Food was good, kids friendly but dine-in a bit cramped.
Excellent food and service by the manager Johnny. He was very attentive and understanding about our needs and wants, despite our group of rowdy kids! The food was great! I haven't been to white spot for a long time since I didn't have a good experience with other locations but this location did not disappoint at all! Thank you!
Took my wife and elderly Mom out for lunch and the staff in Tsawwassen did not disappoint. We had a courteous and friendly server, good food, and it always has been reasonably priced. We'll be back...
The best meal I've ever had at a Whitespot was two days ago in Tsawwassen. From entering the door and being greeted so quickly and by a lovely, friendly hostess right to my server who was ? percent on point.The food was hot delicious! Thank you so much.The service shows that the management must be excellent if all of the staff are so pleasant!Looking forward to returning.
One of our favorite goto spots in T-town!What can possibly be better than a Legendary with cheese and a Nat Bailey's Pale Ale?Good consistency with both food and service at this location.
One of the best WhiteSpot's in lower mainland (& Vancouver Island)... Tsawwassen & Oakridge are our favorite locations... the kitchen staff & Manager (Randy for T-Town) really care about the quality of food coming out of kitchen... there are 2 locations that after multiple bad food incidents I would never go back to. So thx for great service & food Randy & staff ?
What an consistant amazing experience at this White Spot location. My sister and I went for lunch on April 20th and were pleasantly greeted and assigned to a table. Our waitress "Luba" who is the reason we keep returning to this White Spot, was training a new waiter named "Garry". What a great example Luba is for Garry and it clearly showed he was trained by Luba as the level of customer service was not just excellent but outstounding!!! Luba clearly exhibits the "gold standard" of customer service being her priority. So wonderful to see she is training Garry as this was his first day at being a waiter and was excellent as well. Luba needs to be clonned and shared with the customer service industry as a whole as she clearly excels at this. Thank you Luba and Gary for making our lunch at your restaurant amazing not only in excellent customer service but excellent food! See you next time I come over from Victoria to the mainland!! Didn’t liked their service much, food tasted fine
The meals are pretty expectable for the whitespot chain; casual western breakfast options with larger portions to satiate the hungry kids. Service is always great. Makes a nice start to the morning to be greater and treated with a smile. 5 stars all around.Just watch out for the coffee sometimes. ;)
