This is a busy joint with lots of traffic. Service was quick. Food was hot. But flies in the restaurant is very annoying! Constantly have to swipe the flies away from food or on your head is unacceptable!
Disappointed as we went specifically to try their new breakfast menu. Was about to order but the staff said breakfast time is only till 10:30am (they're not wrong).The time was 10:35 but they hadn't changed their breakfast menu on display which was misleading.Probably not that competitive when next door McDonald's have all day breakfast. We went elsewhere instead.
I was given a $50 gift certificate for Wendy's. I came to this location and used it without issue. My next visit to the same location with the same card, I was told that the card had a $0 balance. What gives!??? They asked for the recipe that originally came with the card....but the card had already worked once. Not happy with Wendy's or at least this location.
A good experience at Wendy's today ..they were fast and had order correct too...thankyou
This restaurant doesn't even deserve 0(zero) when it comes to delivery services. I work for food delivery and It happened to me 4th time where I had to wait for my order more than 15 minutes. The restaurant's employees werechatting in Indian Punjabi languages without preparing order. Just one request to the management of the restaurant, pls don't accept order from Skipthedishes or doordash if u can't make it on time. Because we don't get paid for waiting at your restaurant. Plz value the delivery driver time. We as delivery driver, gives you business and such kind of service is not expected from the restaurant.
Has been good until when I order an accessory from the mobile app, where it clearly stated it is in stock. Not only was that not provided, I ended up getting a frosty instead without even apologizing or giving other options. All they said was that must have been a glitch on the app, which is not a valid excuse for not even apologizing.$3 for a frosty on a menu that I have already ordered frosty.....
!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!The single most inept and brain dead staff I have ever dealt with at any fast food place anywhere. Between messing up orders, clearing orders without actually serving them and the attitude you get when you point out a mistake I'm surprised the entire store hasn't been fired from corporate.Idc if I'm starving and theyre the only place open on the island, I'd rather walk across the Alex Fraser with broken glass shoes than EVER go back there.The staff either have the IQ of room temperature in mid winter or theyre malicious, and the mkanagement are at best oblivious and at worse are complicit.
Im not much of a complainer as, lets face it, its more aggravation than its worth. Recently ordered a Potabello mushroom cheese burger as the ad on TV looked so good. Had to think twice about ordering again from the Annacis Island store as they completly left the bacon and other toppings on my husbands last burger. Where was this staff members mind instead of work.The bacon portabello hardly had any mushrooms or cheese in comparrison to ads and was very dry. I should have taken a photo of the burger I got as it was less than half of burger advertised. Does no one check on the franchisees to make sure they are actually serving what they are supposed to and not cutting corners to save a few nickels? Ive always been a fan of Wendys but not so much anymore, especially when they make you feel wrong for asking what you ordered.
This place is a joke. The people that work here o ly care about socializing. Waited 10 minutes before I could finally get there attention and take my order. And no they weren't busy working I was the only person I the store aside from my brother. Absolute bafoons.
The service was slow and we wasted half our lunch break waiting to order and recieve our order.The should probably stop calling it a fast food restaurant!
