It’s really good restaurant I ever seen. Even, they have only limited staff but they really work very hard. Keep it up..?
This place is great! However they're very popular, which means they might run out of stuff often.
Food, ambience and everything else is good. I almost every day visit this store, the reason I gave 4 star is merely because of the customer service. Every single time after getting my order i would say "thank-you" but never in return would get a greeting. And this is not just with me, i see surroundings too. Never a hi when you come to order counter, and if you say hey, there is never a response. There is no smile on the faces of the employees and they walk too slowly as if they are extremely tired. Day before yesterday, around evening, a very old lady ordered after me, after getting her order, she said have a nice day/shift. didn't get any response. And the store wasn't busy at that time. So one cannot blame onto that. Yesterday, a girl ordered before me and there was some issue with her bill, so the employee gave her the extra charged amount in coins, customer said thank-you, got no response, she repeated herself, and i quote: "i said thank-you" with a smiling face. The employee simply said: OK. customer left with a frown. Freshness of the food has never been an issue at this restaurant, it is just customer greeting that i am experiencing an issue with. Nothing personal, or i would have provided names of the employees, just something that can be worked on. Hope you guys understand!
One particular crew (women) is very rude, very unprofessional to deal to the customer. Buying some food and I cannot hear what she said maybe because of the mask and ask her "pardon me please" and she sarcastically response with high voice just repeating what she said, yelling at me. Broccoli soup is not soup, its green liquid and chicken wrap barely see and taste the sauce. Never steep my foot on that store.
Tim Hortons Is the best with the quality and the quantity .Best known for their time span and hard working staff . Hats off to their service .
Highly recommend this place I understand they are to slow in work because a lot of staff new but seriously it’s amazing management a lot of time restaurant is need and clean and they really give fresh food to there customers and old food they through every time it’s really nice and amazing management I really appreciate her area manager who choice her as a manager of this place because a lot of place like on 8080 120 they don’t care about there customers I hope she will stay here long so we always get fresh and amazing food
I made an order with skip the dishes, there wasn’t an option to change something with my order so I tried calling into the store multiple times. They answered twice and hung up then stopped answering altogether. The order wasn’t being picked up right away so I tried for quite a while too, maybe 15 minutes.
There is always a long wait and manager wants to argue that there food is fresh and it's not. She should talk the info given and improve the store. How can she call her self a manager.
The coffee is usually pretty good
Able staff who are polite;fast; passionate and professional in mannerisms.
