If I could I’d put -5 stars. They’re short staffed understandable. But it’s like if there’s another Tim Hortons 10 mins away have people transferred so you don’t have people waiting outside for 10-20 mins after you’re a supposed to be open.
Just waited 5 minutes with no line up at all to get an early Grey tea. Not just that but the service was rude. It shouldn't be a surprise I guess, but man has Tim Hortons become a sespool of horrendous business decisions.
No extra sauce When you select extra chipotle option for the wrap, when you return the wrap you get same wrap reopened and refurbished with dirty handed wrapped pack.Would recommend this location for Tim Hortons lovers...
Constantly gets order wrong then blames you for ordering wrong. Things have been a bit better since the one gentleman recently started there. Incredibly slow and don’t seem to care. But unfortunately it’s the only Tim’s in the mall.
The worst fast food store in Tsawwassen. On many occasions we waited in line for 27 minutes to be served. The staff work at a Ver slow pace. I’ll rather go to Starbucks or McDonalds where you can see the speed of service. 3 or 4 years ago before the change of staff, the service was very much efficient.
They don't pay attention to mobile orders. Order at least 10mins in advance.If you have food plus drink order, they give you one but forget about the other one.
Very understaffed with a high turnover rate. Have had to wait 15+ minutes for my order a couple of times, but at least I actually got the food eventually.
Very rude staff. I bought coffee. I was still there on pick up place and just asked her to add one donut but she told me to come again in line. Not helpful
Absolutely horrible, when I entered there were two other customers who had already placed their orders. There were two employees behind the counter working. I stood there for 10 minutes and none of the employees greeted me or took my order. The people ahead of me who ordered were still waiting. I left and went to Starbucks and had no problem
Bad experience with service. They took 9 minutes for egg n cheese in breakfast time. Short on staff .
