Placed an online order around 9pm for drive thru. After driving 30 minutes to the restaurant they tell me that their kitchen is closed and cant serve me food (why did the take the order online if kitchen is closed that time). Being totally a waste of time and didnt get what i wanted. They didnt refund me the full amount i paid online. So i didnt get what i wanted, wasted my time and didnt even get my full money back. Had the “New Country Harvest” breakfast sandwich this morning.A non meat choice.?????Veggie sausage patty was absolutely gross, two bites and I tossed it. and the English muffin barely toasted.Now have a wicked stomach ache.The sandwich should have come with Tums and an apology.Never Again!

Most of the time I get my morning coffee here before work. Friendly and fast service. But during busy times...there could be a little waiting time.

I ordered a Medium decaf orange pekoe and got a small size hot milk with a tea bag in a medium size cup… Hasbeen , the manager, said she told me at the window that they don’t have steeped tea when that’s not what I asked. I would give minus two stars, because they owe me one

Probably the worse Tim Hortons/Drive thru there has ever been. To save your self from an aneurism, just stick to ordering coffee from this location. Ordering food is like talking to a brick wall. From the awful microphone/speaker setup they have, it’s next to impossible to understand the workers. If you do manage to somehow communicate what food you want, they will “go into the back and double check” if they have even have the food items you want to order. Drive thru lineups here also can take up to 15-20 with only 4 cars waiting. This place is absolutely brutal.

Worst customer service ever! It deserves 0 stars! The employee took our order and we had to wait 15 mins for her so she can attend the drive through instead of getting our order. 3 cars pass through and still no order. I looked at her and she says what ? Then speaks to her co-worker in her dialect and starts giggling. Rude! Then there’s another employee cleaning the same area for the last 5 minutes because it was closing time . Clearly customers are not a priority here!

Soo.. we ordered two sandwiches both as a meal but one if the staffs said they cannot make one of the sandwiches because they are out of potato wedges (which is in correct because they have options to give donut or cookie according to their menu board lol). As a result, one of the sandwiches came out as just a sandwich and creamy chill as a separate order. The other order did not even come out with a iced capp so we tried to state that we did not get our iced capp. The staffs seemed comfused because they couldn't even pull out the receipts for the orders we made. After somewhat polite altercation, they finally gave the inced capp. I think the staff just need to make sure they are following the right procedure and just not mess up the order in general in order to prevent this kind of confusuion from happening. Food was alright tho.

Went in to use 1 of my offers on the app. Was put in to cashier then asked for 1 more thing. Then it all disappeared when girl checked with manager they said could not use offers on app when roll up the rim was on. Funny I used it 2 days earlier. Left with nothing.

Just don't go. This is by far the worst location I've been to. If you order tea you often get coffee or worse they hand you the wrong size tea then when you ask for the right one they fill it with coffee. So you get a disgusting half and half. The food is often served frozen or half cooked at best. Due to the location if you go thru the drive thru there is no easy way to return to the store. They basically count on you being on the highway and gone before you discover how bad the food is. I got another frozen breakfast this morning I took it back they made me a new one which I should have checked in the store. However I only felt to see if it was hot. When I got home it was the wrong order. I just give up. I have tried to give them a second third and fourth chance. They have never failed to fail. My best recommendation for this store is for Tim Hortons to kick the owner out and retrain the staff. Leaving their name on this location only serves to hurt their brand. Tim Hortons would be the last place I ever stop at on any kind of trip due to fear of this kind of service and food.
