I ordered chai tea latte for the first time at Tim Hortons and thoroughly enjoyed it. Went to the airport Tim Hortons and ordered the exact same thing except it came minus the sugar. Didn’t figure that one out until I was on the plane
The location on 166th & Fraser is absolutely horrible. Always sold out of wedges 4th time in a row now.. they forgot the bacon on my turkey bacon club last visit & the hashbrowns they gave me last time to substitute for the wedges looked/felt & tasted like they were sitting under the heater all morning they were stale as hell.. the drive thru sucks. One of the worst locations to go to.
Strawberry smoothie from Tim is worse smoothie I have ever tasted in my whole life. It contains a-lot of Sugar. Will not recommend to someone.
Employee taking order on drive thru need to learn some costumer service. She don’t even listen the order properly and just say, “see you at window.”While Picking up the order, She is in her own world.
They completely dipped my everything bagel into container of butter , they didn’t do the bagel properly. I am uploading the pictures as proof . Please don’t go there. Secondly they gave me ice cold . STEEPED TEA?
They give priority to drive thru. Tim Horton's recently advertised that starting April 6, 2022, if customers brought their own mug, they would get 10 cents off coffee but the staff are not aware of this promotion. The Queensborough location also dont know anything about such offer.
Worst Tim horton ever, I go there everyday and order same thing and they still dont know how to make chai tea latte or london fog. Every time I order here I double check and 9/10 times they forget to add flavour in latte so I have to ask them to make it again. They keep hiring new people and new people have no training in making latte.Tim horton should do something about this place
They took my order and then ignored me at the window my brake was about to end so i left . Most of there customers are from the surrounding industrial parks and they sould know that we only get 15 to 30 minutes brake there was no one at the drive through window
