FIRST TIME CAME TO TACO BELL AND I WILL NEVER COMEBACK !!!! I ordered 1 beef tacos supreme and they didn’t even heat up my tacos, there was raw cheese and rice inside
Our food soggy! We ordered chicken tacos We got beef. My husband wants chicken supreme crunch. 1 hour to get our order lady felt ill and came back at the cashier and went back at the to throw up. Oh no! So I need to get my money back for what we paid. We don't even have any receipt like my husband ask and they said inside the bag.
Poor we ordered chicken tacos and Supreme crunch they gave us beef.Manager let the cashier go back to work after felt ill and after throwing up. And everybody messed up the order.Soggy tacos for dinner!
Good food, but staff is very slow and often get orders wrong. Dine in sometimes takes up to 20 minutes for food (simple foods like burgers and burritos) as I know chicken pieces often take more time to prepare.
Slowest service of all time. I could’ve gotten laid but the wait time took my girl out of the mood. Only so much you can do waiting at a drive through.
Just save ur time and go to the one on King George.The people that work here are so disorganized. Last night I ordered a bean crunch wrap supreme through the drive thru at 9:40. I came home and took a bite out of the wrap and it was beef. I’m a vegetarian and the fact that they didn’t even confirm my order at the window is appalling to me. If you serve veg and non veg options maybe train your employees to verify at the window if they heard me correctly at the speaker. If you are confident enough to not repeat the order at the window make sure it’s right, simple as that.I tried calling them but they were closed, again their business hours are not on google, so I called a different Taco Bell and they said I had to call the location I ordered from. No problem, I called them the next day around 2:15, I told them the situation and the lady wrote down my name and phone number and said I have store credit and that the next time I get there it would be free. I show up there half hour after the phone call. The lady at the speaker couldn’t understand me for some reason so I explained at the window. A lady who I assume was the manager came, and I told her that I called half an hour ago and that I have store credit and I asked her if u need my name and number. She completely ignored what I said and started telling me that someone resembling me came in last night and picked up ur food. I looked at her confused because I ordered in the drive thru last night and went home and called today half an hour ago. How on earth are they confusing me with someone else? Like we already had this conversation over the phone. Just a huge headache.
I have so much respect for anyone who works in fast food as I've been there and know how much work it is first-hand... so it takes a lot to get me frustrated. In all the times I've come here as I live 10 minutes away, my order is never right. The staff is either underpaid and overworked or they're just incompetent and don't care about their jobs. Today I even asked them to double check and they said yes we did.. only to find out in my car it's wrong yet again. Ridiculous.
Worst place I ever went to. Ordered chicken nachos got extra charged for the chicken and I can see only 2 small piece of I don't know what ever it is. Poorly packed.Will never recommend this place to anyone.Had to give 1 star because their no other options below that.

Giving 1 star because it won’t let me give 0! Horrible service and they can’t make the food consistently! Ordered 2 spicy chicken crunch wraps and 1 was fine and the other had barely anything in it as you can see in the pics! Absolutely horrible for the price you have to pay!!
