Unfortunately the quality of the coffee is not up to Parallel 49 standards. No micro foam in the cappuccino and way too hot. Burnt her tongue and my americano had little cream, was also way too hot. I think the baristas need some training.
Missed my order, and the barista gave me attitude when I brought it up lol. terrible service.
can someone confirm your hours at the ferry terminal as on google it says you close at 8pm, the girl at the counter said 7pm and they would not serve me at 6:40pm last time and i came early again today and they were closing at 6:22pm. Unacceptable. I specifically have been coming early as you guys are one of the rare bakery’s with nut free so I come early just for that fact but I don’t enjoy coming early and then getting turned away when you’re not even supposed to be closed

So disappointed in my experience this morning. This is more of a message to management than to the public at large. Up until this morning I would have strongly agreed with previous reviewers. Love their almond croissant, excellent coffee, nice to have another option other than Starbucks. Well at 6:10am while Starbucks customers are being happily greeted by their baristas I get this gruff and curt not open yet response. Almost 6:30 before they started taking orders, I know this because I like to be at my car by 6:30 for the 7am sailing. The two staff members seemed unprepared for the opening even then. Personal disappointment was they didn’t have my almond croissant. Coffee wasn’t brewed, and when it did finally get brewed they had no milk or cream out. When I asked for it they plopped it on the counter essentially saying you put it out for us. Galling beyond that was I thought what anti Social behavior just as I noticed the employees hoodie was printed with an anti social message. Why is this person even hired to interact with the public. To the owner, you have a great little business here, maybe call a staff meeting and reset their work ethic.
Got a coffee & ham + cheese croissant. Super delicious, and open at 6am! The staff was very friendly and quick.
