The ladies at this subway are the friendliest, most patient, and hardest working sandwich artists I have ever met. This might be the first time I have reviewed a Subway after having, yet again, the most delicious, perfectly made Subway Melt.It's hard to find places where the staff is always on, but I honestly eat at Subway more than I ever have before because of the ladies who work there.Thank you for always taking care of us and making us smile.
Not bad. But I hope they change the gloves in front of me so I know those gloves are fresh. I have a sensitive stomach. I really don't know what they were doing with their hands with their old gloves before they come out from the kitchen.
I came here during the week and ordered a wrap. I went to pay and on my end it said approved but very quickly the girl taking payment told me that my transaction didn’t go through. I told her it said approved on my end but she kept telling me “no” and that she didn’t have a declined/voided receipt from the transaction because it didn’t go through. I paid again, and then checked my bank. I was charged twice so I nicely went up to her to let her know there was some confusion on which I was told “it didn’t go through on their end so there’s nothing they can do”. I tried to show her the double charge on my transaction history to which they ignored. The other lady started raising her voice at me that they would just give me a free sandwich next time I came in (but not give me a gift card or proof that that would happen. Plus I wanted my money back, not another sandwich). At this point it wasn’t even about the money but the situation. The rude lady became aggressive and started saying that “she’s not fighting with me” because I wanted to see the recipes that apparently didn’t exist about the declined transaction. She then proceeded to tell me “she’s already talked to her manager about me and that he would call me”. At this point I hadn’t given or been asked for my number for him to be able to do that so I asked her to please take it down so he could actually do that. I spent the rest of my lunch break on the phone with my bank who disputed the FRAUDULENT charge and I of course never heard from the manager. Completely ridiculous situation and handled very poorly, don’t recommend going here and I won’t be going back.

After having not been there for a while to my surprise, they removed their egg salad ... which was always enjoyable!
