One of the staff member worked on Canada day was too rude. I went there for online order pickup as the pick up time was 1:55pm as shown on subway app. I received a call stating that we are going to close at 2. You have to pick it up before 2 pm. I said it will take 15 mins to reach but the staff member insisted me to come before 2 pm. When i went there at 2:13 the staff member gave me a weird look and said you should check our timing from GOOGLE before ordering.My ans was I ordered from Subway App not fromGoogle and there was no information about closing at 2.Dear Manager/ ownerPlease let them know how to treat customer as i went there for the item i paid not for the free food. If your staff member can’t give respect its ok but no weird look or unprofessional behaviour.For Staff member - if you are about to close and then receive an online order then please let customer know in advance about timing so that an order can be canceled or refund next day. Do not insist customer to come early because we all follow roads so traffic congestion or delays are possible.
I asked for no cheese and she put cheese on my sandwich..after i left and took a bite i wanted to spit it out..i probably should have been paying attention..girl working there was very nice though

Went to this location to get a salad, was told they do salad but they don’t chop it…then I asked why that is, I was told that no subway chops their salads, then again I told the guy if there is a reason because all subways chop salads, he said “we don't”…. I just walked out, no point in arguing with someone who doesn’t want to even try or even attempt to have any sort of customer service skills or tell me why they won’t chop the salad…doesnt help the fact that he lied about subways not chopping salads…have to say I’m never returning here, also there were flies in the meet section.

I wish I could given them 0 rating. I visited today. All food containers were looking like they haven't changed them for a week.Veggies were stale, brown lettuce and watery cucumbers. I denied to take the food from there.This place should be closed for business.
Hit this place the odd time when I did pick ups in the area. Love the subs the odd time to satisfy munchie needs for a quick fix, good staff too.
