Shout out for the customer service from Miss Reet- A Smiling face through out the shift. No matter how busy it is, all the time smile is there. Gem for the company and great asset for the location.
I got delivery this morning but called in to the store as well and the staff is AMAZING!They always make my drinks perfect too
Extremely pleasant Starbucks locations. The Barista’s do a terrific job providing exceptional service to all the customers. The cafe itself is extremely clean and well kept. Kudos to those that manage this location! ✅✅✅✅✅
I am on permanent disability and enjoy my morning outings in order to get a coffee. Often, due to covid and other current stressors I try to smile and be friendly to other customers, while maintaining my social distance and respecting all cultural norms.Recently, for no apparent reason the manager was forced to warn me about my behavior even though no actual mistake was made on my part.I refuse to accept this type of manipulation of my life, there is no excuse.I commend the manager for handling the warning to me with respect and dignity and wish her well in her future.ThanksDerek
Not worth the long wait. Employees seemed jaded, uninterested, inhospitable. Took 15 minutes to make 3 drinks.. they seemed to prioritize the online orders for people who hadn't arrived yet. Wasn't too busy.
The service is really slow. I had a mobile order which they served me after making me wait for 25mins.. the store wasn’t even that busy. I don’t get it like what’s the point of ordering from app if u still need to wait for this long when u already ordered way ahead… the barista was also kind of rude was quite busy in making the front orders even though when I informed her that I am waiting for my mobile order pickup.. she didn’t bother to make my order and even messed up with one other customer’s order

I had an amazing customer service today. The team is very energetic and full of spirit. I actually could see them smiling under their masks ? ? ; that alone made my day ?
Worst service ever!! It took me 25 mins to get my order when I asked why other people behind me getting their orders but i have to wait. They answered because their orders were simple. I just ordered latte with vanilla shot. I don’t know how complicated was it that they finished everyone else’s orders but made me wait. I never had this issue at other locations but it’s my 2nd visit here and both time I had same issue.
I think the employees at this location do an absolutely fantastic job, However the manager, I believe her name is Elsa, is absolutely horrendous. You can tell from the energy in the store that baristas are extremely stressed and look overwhelmed. I sometimes come in to only 1 or 2 people working..alone. That should tell you enough.
