Not sure why it says opens at 11 when they aren't taking orders? They say they open at 12pm. Perhaps it should change it? ?
CSR lady should be told how to learn customer service, didn’t accept my survey code for BOGOF. One of the worse customer service ever faced. Not coming back to this store. -1
I went to the store to buy some pizza and the lady who’s taking the order is soooooo rude. Like mygad! She has no customer guest experience manner. They should have train employees to be nice enough.

Ordered buy one get one free via online, overall the pizzas were dry, for the “Canadian” home style pizza, couldn’t see much pepperoni. Another “Veg” pizza didn’t look like a whole pizza as the slices couldn’t be combined perfectly as a circle… there r lots of other pizzas brand better than this …
Today i Ordered pizza by uber eat it was soggy n leaked n not well cooked totally disappointed i paid 43 buck for two small pizza but that was totally money wasted I would give zero star if it’s possible

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after a long time and was little sceptical about the quality. But we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of pizza from this location. We ordered veggie lovers and bbq chicken pizza and it was delicious. Customer service was great !

Not bad! The pizza looks a bit weird though, means the pizza"s crust is big, and the whole pizza looks very puffy Taste are good and tasty. I will surely be back to this location. Oh yes, the girl who answered the call also very polite and friendly.The boneless wings lack of sauce compared to other store such as the 72nd's pizza store. Service was quick too, which only takes 25 mins from order time to pick up time. So far I have good experience with this store. Will update again when there are changes to my review.
