We order from Pizza Factory several times a month and they are always consistent with excellent food and service. Reasonable prices with family meal deals. Lots of toppings, their lasagna, spaghetti is sooo good too! We will never order from anywhere else!

Ordered large pizza and 12 somosas. Was told 45 to an hour.Called after 85 min asking whats up. Said it would be 15 min.25 min later arrived as I was on the phone trying to cancel..I had kids to feed to boot which I ended up cooking for while waiting.The lady said there was a new driver and he had to go to ladner..1 hour 45 min wait.Then they piled all the dip containers on top of the samosas in a paper bag..pretty unsanitary..usually they pack separately, but not today..Ive ordered at least 20 times from this place..Unfortunately this left a really bad taste all the way around..And no offer of anything..smart business dictates you compensate your custs as a gesture of good faith at least..Hey Im sorry can we comp you a pizza next time etc..But nothing, just Im sorry.Really hate to trash local business but it is what it is..Thank god theres Alfa..they dont have samosas tho but thats ok. The pizza is off the charts quality compared to this and always fast delivery..I unfortunately cant order here again..
Pasta was dry and contains meat sauce that's not saucy.The container was half full and bread was also dry.Pizza was mediocre but edibleThey also quoted a price then added two dollars for sauce.

can't even answer the phone to say your busy, just hang up on customers instead...... if you're too lazy to deliver a pizza just say so....use to order from here weekly.... will not be trying again.seems to be a poor attitude on the youngins here.... nice ladies i spoke to in the AM and never had a problem with.... entitled youth....tis a shame.
