My first experience in this place was great. Delicious food and great customer service. I had a 7oz streak with baked potato, coleslaw and onion rings.
I love Montanas as it is a unique dining experience! However I found that this specific location does not have the same ambiance as other Montanas. When we came in, there were multiple birthday parties happening and I could tell the staff was overwhelmed. But they sat us and we expected somewhat of a wait, but we weren't prepared to be there for almost 2 hours!! I could not believe how slow our service was. Nevertheless, the food was so amazing and my cotton candy sangria was to die for!!!
One of our fave locations for Montana’s (seems not all locations are the same). Never disappoints and the service is always friendly and spot on. The food is consistently good for the price. Good selection of beers too and cocktails. Sam was attentive and catered to our whims, extra sauce here, bit more of that other sauce there. Easy parking and worth the drive! Had chicken sandwich which was crispy and flavourful. Fries were plentiful. Beef ribs were fall off the bone tender. New
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do *NOT* come here if you'd like to have good service, a wait staff that cares and a kitchen that cooks proper food. We had a steak that was way overcooked. A burger that had hair in it. Three different servers for our table, one of whom was the manager, who took FOREVER to take our order, get our check, check on our food, etc... That was in one trip. We tried a second time and it was pretty much the same except, this time, they had some very rigid rules about what we could and could not order (together or separately) and couldn't accommodate our requests.Just... just save your money and time. Go somewhere else.
We were at the mall so decided to stop by for lunch. I ordered the fish and chips which were perfectly battered and delicious. Wife had the southern fried chicken sandwich which tasted great as well. My son had the brisket sandwich which was mouth watering and delicious. Service was really fast and friendly: will visit again.
A friend and I stopped in for food and drinks. Everything was amazing. Our service was great as well. A dependent must go!
We came here with our two young children. Our server was very friendly but did seem to have a lot of tables to serve. The food was good. I especially appreciated the variety of options for the kids. My suggestion for improvement is to put in a change table in at least one of the washrooms. I went in search and then had to track down a server to ask where it was and was told there wasn’t one which seems odd for a family restaurant with a stack of high chairs. I now have a very messy, BBQ sauce covered kid in my car because there was no where to change him.
Montana's at Tsawwassen Mills. Ordered large ribs and the lunch trio.Ribs come with 2 sides $28 while the lunch trio(special) $13 comes with a half sandwich, soup and salad. Portions were a bit on the small side. Cornbread was quite dry and the baked beans tasted like straight from a can of Heinz. Sadly those sides disappointed. The caesar salad was absolutely amazing tho. Tons of flavour, fresh and had lots of bacon and parmesan.9 ribs in the large size (I think small is probably 3 and medium is 6?) Ribs were tender but I think could have used some more sauce.Overall, pricey for what you get and anything smaller than a large ribs would not fill up an average male.
Very cold inside, and I'm not a skinny dude so I'm usually running warm. Our first table had old garbage from previous guests, so we moved to another table. Second table had sunglasses from previous guests. We were there right when they opened, so it's not like they hadn't had time to clean properly since closing last night. During covid times, I expected more attention to cleanliness.Our server Komal was attentive, friendly, and informative. The food was very tasty, served hot, and not a huge wait between ordering and getting food on the table.The greeter at the door was also very friendly.
