Why tip its self service store i own business we cook food and serve that makes sense not on self service
Came in no worker in the store 2 men without masks just hanging out in the store 2 minutes go by and a worker finally comes out but she’s on her cellphone the entire time even while I was paying. Terrible dirty environment
I like it very much nice staff and lots of flavors and toppings to choose from they weigh it at the end in front of you so I know I'm getting what I pay for prices aren't bad
Wanted to come here for years and finally did! Loads of options and the employee there was happy to guide me through it. She even offered some samples and recommended me the chocolate cake flavour. Delicious! :)
Great service. Very welcoming staff and owners. They always go above and beyond to help out customers with their needs, especially with custom cakes. Highly recommend their custom cakes. I've ordered a plenty of cakes over past years for my friend's birthdays and each time this location has delivered up to or even above my expectation. Thanks Menchie's Delta!!
Decent. Kids and i would of liked it better if we kept our order simple. Didn't care for some of the toppings.

great ice cream , friendly staff. such a wide variety of toppings but sometimes can be stale. kind of wish they had a flat rate deal maybe.

Great location friendly worker's, safe and clean environment that allow for a comfortable experience for customers, especially during COVID. I would highly recommend this location not only for the amazing experience visiting but also the great/innovative flavours they have.
