Busted the brown manager selling a 30 min old chicken paddie re heated. Tasted awful, warm and rubbery. Reported to McDonald’s Canada immediately. They are further investigating. Brown people really do other brown people dirty out here. Stay alert people. Gurleen the “swing manager” is being trained very well by the brown manager who hides in a room beside the counter. She is mostly checking cameras and preying on which customers to scam.

This is 4th time same thing happened at same location . Always give your order late one day they took 7mins for 2 bagels . And same today 1 bagel morethan 5 mins . Thus mcdonalds su**ks

Staff is more focused on having personal conversations than helping customers. Girl taking order disappeared while taking the order. We waited for a while then proceeded to window and they did not have our full order. We asked for fresh mcchicken and said we would wait. They said ok but the mcchicken was colder than usual. This restaurant has a 3.3 google score and it is clear why….no one cares. The employees are just there to get paid not for what the job requires. Where is the manager and how is this acceptable with McDonald’s management/corporation to have employees not care about the business and customer service when that is the only reason they were hired?Somebody is allowing this behaviour and management is to blame. McDonald’s is the creator of a system so why aren’t they focused on making sure the system is sustained?

The people serving at drive thru should take more sleep .the batch name was gurleen . I ordered 3 junior with 1 large coke . No greetings nothing and bad attitude. I was in hurry so grabbed the food and started driving . When i reached home and saw that there were only 2 juniors (paid for three)and the coke glass was broken from bottom . Spoiled my car ,got to clean it up .i do not recommend going there to anyone .its better to eat pizza from nearby flying J gas station . Much better

Ordered 2 Vanilla iced coffees on the kiosk and watched the entire crew stand around and go on their phones on the floor for 20 minutes while my order was the only order that showed up on the TV screen. Someone ordered after me and received their order within seconds. Only when I went up to them to complain did they start making my order. Extremely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could

In the course of 30 minutes eating here I observed customers being treated with indifference. One example, a customer asked if something he has asked for had been added to his order, the response from the shift supervisor was "Yeah, yeah." What has happened to customer service training in this organization?

My everyday stop for my morning coffee & blueberry muffin beforeI get to work. Fast friendly & convenient.

The lady working there in morning who is in his early age has strong work ethics and so friendly in nature. Always welcoming and polite voice.

Staff is always so rude ... never stir my coffee at all . Once i order hot cakes they did not put anything in that only hot cake no butter no sirup , fork or napkins . They should be more careful about their guest service .

Awful experience. Ordered through the drive-thru, got to the window to pay and found they input the wrong items. I corrected the person at the window but was rudely told "it's already done" and walked away, came back and told me to wait, and was still given the wrong items after waiting 10min. You think they would want to correct the item for "customer satisfaction" but no. Very disappointed.
